Matrix Service Company Awarded EPC of Crude Gathering Terminals Feeding the Dakota Access Pipeline
Matrix Service Company (Nasdaq:MTRX) announced today that its subsidiary, Matrix Service Inc., has been awarded the engineering, procurement and construction of the six gathering terminals for the Dakota Access Pipeline by Dakota Access, LLC, a subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners. The pipeline will deliver light sweet crude from the Bakken and Three Forks production areas in North Dakota to Patoka, Ill. Terminals are planned for Stanley, Ramberg, Epping, Trenton, Watford City and Johnson Corner, all in North Dakota.

Energy Transfer Partners Announces Binding Open Season for Crude Oil Pipeline in Texas and New Mexico
Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) today announced that its affiliate, ETP Crude LLC (“ETP Crude”), will commence a binding Open Season for a new pipeline, the Delaware Basin Crude Gathering Pipeline (“Delaware Pipeline” or “Pipeline”), that will have the capacity to accept approximately 120,000 barrels per day of crude oil from receipt points located in Reeves County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico for transportation to delivery points in Loving County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico. Interstate service on the Delaware Pipeline will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Energy Transfer Partners Announces That Rover Pipeline is Fully Subscribed to 3.25 Billion Cubic Feet of Natural Gas Per Day
Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) today announced it has secured additional long-term binding shipper agreements on its Rover natural gas pipeline project to connect Marcellus and Utica shale supplies to markets in the Midwest, Great Lakes and Gulf Coast regions of the United States and Canada. As a result of the additional agreements, the pipeline is fully subscribed through 15 and 20 year fee-based contracts to transport 3.25 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of capacity.

Phillips 66 Becomes Joint Venture Partner with Energy Transfer to Build Bakken Crude Oil Pipelines
Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (NYSE:ETE), Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE:ETP) (ETE and ETP collectively, “Energy Transfer”) and Phillips 66 (NYSE:PSX) announced that they have formed two joint ventures to develop the previously announced Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) and Energy Transfer Crude Oil Pipeline (ETCOP) projects. Energy Transfer holds a 75 percent interest in each joint venture and will operate both pipeline systems. Phillips 66 owns the remaining 25 percent interests and will fund its proportionate share of the construction costs. The DAPL and ETCOP projects are expected to begin commercial operations in the fourth quarter of 2016.

Energy Transfer Partners and Regency Energy Partners Announce Early Completion of Lone Star’s Gateway Pipeline
Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) and Regency Energy Partners LP (NYSE: RGP) announced today that the Lone Star West Texas Gateway NGL Pipeline is now in service. The 570-mile, 16-inch pipeline owned by Lone Star NGL LLC, a joint venture between the two partnerships, transports natural gas liquids (NGLs) produced in the Permian and Delaware Basins in West Texas to Mont Belvieu, Texas. The West Texas Gateway was originally scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2013.

Energy Transfer Partners to Acquire Sunoco in $5.3 Billion Transaction
Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) and Sunoco, Inc. (NYSE: SUN) today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement whereby ETP will acquire Sunoco in a unit and cash transaction valued at $50.13 per share, or a total consideration of approximately $5.3 billion, based on ETP’s closing price on April 27, 2012. This combination will create one of the largest and most diversified energy partnerships in the country by expanding ETP’s geographic footprint and strengthening its presence in the transportation, terminalling and logistics of crude oil, NGLs and refined products.

Willbros Awarded Construction Contract for the Red River Gathering Pipeline Project
Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that a unit of its Oil & Gas segment has been awarded a contract by Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. to construct a portion of the Red River Gathering Pipeline. The scope of work includes construction of 97 miles of 30" pipeline from Ardmore, OK to Denton, TX. Mobilization is underway and construction is scheduled to commence in early April.
