EnQuest acquires 50% of the Greater Kittiwake Area
EnQuest PLC (‘EnQuest’), is pleased to announce an agreement to acquire the UKCS Greater Kittiwake area (‘GKA’) assets currently owned by Centrica North Sea Oil Limited (‘Centrica’), as well as Centrica’s 100% interest in the Kittiwake to Forties oil export pipeline. The agreements are subject to the normal regulatory and third party consents.

Jumbo main installation contractor for EnQuest Producer
Jumbo has been awarded a FPSO mooring, installation and hook-up contract by EnQuest. EnQuest is redeveloping the Ardmore and Duncan fields as Alma and Galia respectively. The project scope is the mooring spread installation and FPSO tow out and hook up. This will be the first offshore project in which Jumbo acts as the main contractor instead of being the subcontractor.

Technip awarded contract for EnQuest’s Alma and Galia development in UK North Sea
Technip was awarded by EnQuest Britain Limited a contract for the development of the Alma and Galia fields, located 310 kilometers Southeast of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. The fields, which will be tied back to the EnQuest Producer floating production storage and offloading unit (FPSO), are located at a water depth of approximately 80 meters.
