Enterprise Offering Additional Capacity on Aegis Ethane Pipeline System
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced it will be conducting a binding open commitment period to gauge shipper support for a proposed expansion of the Aegis pipeline. The 270-mile Aegis system is designed to transport purity ethane from Enterprise’s Mont Belvieu, Texas liquids storage complex to petrochemical facilities in Texas and Louisiana.

Enterprise Products to Build Ethane Export Facility on Texas Gulf Coast
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) announced today that it plans to build a fully refrigerated ethane export facility on the Texas Gulf Coast. Enterprise has executed long-term contracts to support the development of the facility, which is designed to have an aggregate loading rate of approximately 10,000 barrels per hour, or up to 240 thousand barrels per day (“MBPD”). The export facility is expected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2016.

(NYSE:EPD) today announced the start of a binding open commitment period to determine additional shipper demand for capacity on the partnership’s Appalachia-to-Texas (“ATEX Express”) pipeline. The 1,230-mile system will deliver growing ethane production from the Marcellus/Utica Shale areas of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio to Mont Belvieu, Texas.
