Unique Seaflex Facilitates Underwater Lift for Lundin FPSO Mooring Retrieval
Unique Seaflex, a Unique Maritime Group company which is one of the world’s leading integrated turnkey subsea and offshore solution providers has facilitated one of the most complex underwater lift projects. The project was carried out for Lundin Tunisia BV in approximately 300m of water.

Petrofac Extends Jasmine Venture Lease
Petrofac, the international oil and gas services provider, announces that Mubadala Petroleum Thailand, has taken up an option to extend its lease of Petrofac’s Jasmine Venture floating production, storage and offloading facility (FPSO) for up to four additional years. The FPSO is currently deployed on the Jasmine field in the Gulf of Thailand and Petrofac will continue to provide operations and maintenance services for the Jasmine Venture through its Offshore Projects & Operations business.

CAMAC Energy Secures Long-Term FPSO
CAMAC Energy Inc. ("CAMAC") (NYSE MKT: CAK) today announced that a letter of intent ("LOI") has been signed regarding terms and conditions of a long-term agreement for the floating, production, storage, and offloading system ("FPSO") ARMADA PERDANA. The signed LOI provides for an initial term of five years beginning January 1, 2014, with an automatic extension for an additional term of two years unless terminated by CAMAC with prior notice. The parties are working towards executing a definitive agreement on or before January 31, 2014.

BW Offshore: Contract extension for FPSO Polvo
BW Offshore has signed an agreement with HRT for a one year extension for the lease and operation of the FPSO Polvo. The firm period has been extended to Q3 2015 (from Q3 2014), with options until Q3 2022.

BW Offshore: Acquired VLCC for future projects
BW Offshore has exercised an option to acquire the tanker Blue Opal for USD 83.4 million from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering ("DSME"). Blue Opal is a DSME designed and built VLCC (320,000 dwt) from 2012.

Bumi Armada Signs Kraken Contract Worth Usd 1.4 Billion / Rm 4.6 Billion
Malaysia-based international offshore oilfield services provider, Bumi Armada Berhad announced that its nominated wholly-owned subsidiary, Armada Kraken Pte. Ltd. has signed a bareboat charter contract with EnQuest Heather Limited, EnQuest ENS Limited, First Oil and Gas Limited, Nautical Petroleum Limited and Nautical Petroleum AG as field partners, led by EnQuest Heather Limited as field operator on 20 Dec 2013 for a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Vessel (“FPSO”) to be deployed at the Kraken field located in the UK sector of the North Sea.

Saipem Board of Directors approves the sale of Firenze FPSO to Eni
The Board of Directors of Saipem S.p.A. has approved today the signing of an agreement with Eni for the sale of the Firenze FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) business line for €336 million. The agreement will see the sale to Eni of the Firenze FPSO unit, currently deployed in the Eni-operated Aquila field off the coast of Puglia, together with the on-board processing plant. The sale also includes existing related contracts, including those in place with production and vessel operations personnel. The contract signed with Eni in 2009 provided for the option to purchase the vessel Firenze FPSO alone subsequent to the conversion and commissioning of the vessel, which was completed at the end of last year.

OGN Group Secures EnQuest Producer FPSO Contract
OGN Group, the North East-England offshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) specialist, has secured a multi-million pound contract with independent UK oil and gas development and production company EnQuest, which will lead to the creation of 600 new project jobs at its Tyneside facility.

MODEC and Schahin Group awarded Carioca FPSO charter contract from Petrobras and partners of Consortium BM-S-9
MODEC, Inc. (“MODEC”) announced today that Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (“Petrobras”), through its subsidiary Guara B.V., on behalf of Consortium BM-S-9, has awarded Charter Contract for the supply, charter, and operations of a Floating, Production, Storage, and Offloading (FPSO) vessel for the BM-S-9 block (Carioca Area) in the giant "pre-salt" region of the Santos Basin. This announcement is further to the Letter of Intent (LOI) which was issued on 20 September 2013.
