Gazprom Neft to invest 50 billion rubles in modernization of Moscow Oil Refinery before 2015
Gazprom Neft has adopted a mid-term investment program for its Moscow Oil Refinery . The company will invest over 50 billion rubles in modernization of the enterprise in 2013-2015, which will make it possible to implement large-scale projects to improve the quality of the petroleum products the refinery produces, increase the oil conversion rate, reduce the refinery’s environmental impact, and raise its energy efficiency.

Omsk Refinery begins conversion depth boosting projects
The Omsk Oil Refinery has begun developing design specifications and cost estimates for production facilities that are planned for construction and modernization as part of the second stage of the refinery's 2020 development program. The program's second stage is focused on raising the oil conversion depth. According to the mid-term investment program, Gazprom Neft will allocate over 50 billion rubles for modernization of the Omsk Oil Refinery in 2013-2015.

Salym Petroleum Development maximizes efficiency of Salym oil fields development

Gazprom Neft completes refinery modernisation project at Pančevo
Gazprom Neft’s subsidiary NIS (Naftna Industrija Srbije ) has completed a major modernisation project of its refining capacity in Serbia. The company has started operating a new light hydro-cracking and motor fuel hydro-treatment facility at the Pančevo refinery. First Messoyakha Oil Produced
Gazprom Neft and TNK-BP report that first oil has been produced by the pilot project at the Vostochno-Messoyakhskoe field. The inflow received from the first two development wells points to the field’s high potential. The project is being implemented by Messoyakhaneftegaz, which is Gazprom Neft and TNK-BP’s joint venture controlled by the two companies on a parity basis.
