Heerema Fabrication Group’s Hartlepool yard in the United Kingdom received a frame contract from GDF SUEZ E&P UK for the fabrication and commissioning of four topsides for the Cygnus gas field development on the UK Southern North Sea.

GDF SUEZ and KOGAS conclude a second LNG sale agreement
GDF SUEZ has signed a second medium term agreement with Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS), the South Korean public natural gas company. Under this new agreement, GDF SUEZ will supply KOGAS with 24 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (about 1.6 million tons) from 2013 to 2014. LNG volumes will be sourced from GDF SUEZ’ LNG portfolio.

2 500 LNG Cargoes Received By Elengy’s Montoir-DeBretagne Lng Terminal

GDF SUEZ concludes its first LNG sale in Thailand
On the 24th of June, GDF SUEZ delivered its first cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to PTT in Thailand. During the World Gas Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, early June, GDF SUEZ has reached an agreement with PTT Public Company Limited, the national oil and gas company of Thailand, to supply PTT with 3 LNG cargoes in 2012.

GDF SUEZ signs an agreement with Sempra Energyto access natural gas liquefaction capacity in the United States
GDF SUEZ announces the signature of a commercial development agreement with Cameron LNG, a unit of Sempra Energy, regarding the natural gas liquefaction project of Cameron LNG in the United States. This facility will be located at the site of its existing import terminal located in Hackberry, Louisiana. Through this commercial development agreement, GDF SUEZ and Sempra will negotiate a 20 year liquefaction service contract for 4 million tons per annum (MTPA) of liquefied natural gas (LNG).

GDF SUEZ has been selected by Andhra Pradesh Gas Distribution Corporation (APGDC), as strategic partner for the development of a floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal project, on the East coast of India.

GASNOR and GDF SUEZ have signed an LNG sales agreement for a 12 year period
GDF SUEZ and GASNOR, a Norwegian LNG company, have concluded a long term agreement, according to which GDF SUEZ will supply GASNOR with 7.5 TWh of liquefied natural gas over a 12-year period, starting in 2013. The LNG volumes will be sourced from GDF SUEZ portfolio and will be loaded by trucks or by small vessels from Zeebrugge LNG terminal in Belgium. These new volumes will help GASNOR to fulfill its growing LNG supply needs in Europe outside Norway.

GDF SUEZ and CIC have closed the first deal of their partnership
GDF SUEZ and CIC have closed the acquisition by CIC of a 30% minority stake in GDF SUEZ Exploration & Production International SA and of a 10% stake in the train 1 of the Atlantic LNG liquefaction plant in Trinidad and Tobago. This transaction is the first milestone of the partnership between the two groups announced in August 2011.

UK: Total to acquire GDF SUEZ interest in Elgin Franklin
Total, operator of the Elgin/Franklin fields in the British sector of the North Sea, announces the purchase of GDF SUEZ’s share in the two fields for an enterprise value of €590 million. This participation is held through a 22.5% interest in the company Elgin Franklin Oil & Gas (EFOG).
