Keppel contracts third floating liquefaction facility conversion worth US$684 million
Keppel Shipyard Limited (Keppel Shipyard), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd (Keppel O&M), has signed a contract worth approximately US$684 million with Golar Gandria N.V., a subsidiary of Golar LNG Limited (Golar LNG), to perform the conversion of a Moss type Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carrier, the GANDRIA, into a Golar Floating Liquefaction (GoFLNG) facility. The contract will become effective upon the parties fulfilling certain conditions precedent by 21 September 2015.

Keppel secures contract to perform second FLNG vessel conversion for Golar
Further to its earlier disclosure on 5 September 2014, Keppel Shipyard Limited (Keppel Shipyard), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd (Keppel O&M), is pleased to announce that it has secured a firm contract from Golar Gimi Corporation (Golar Gimi), a subsidiary of Golar LNG Limited (Golar LNG), to perform the conversion of a second Moss Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carrier, the GIMI, into a Floating Liquefaction Vessel (FLNGV). The contract, which has become effective, is worth approximately US$705 million.

Golar LNG Awarded Kuwait FSRU Contract

BC LNG Export Co-Operative LLC Finalises Contract Awards
Golar LNG Limited ("Golar" or "the Company") today confirms that the BC LNG Export Co-Operative, LLC has finalized contract awards for both feed gas supply and LNG purchase and off-take for train #1 of the Douglas Channel LNG Project ("DC Project"). The contract award for LNG purchase and off-take was made jointly to Golar and LNG Partners, LLC (Houston, TX) ("LNG Partners") and the contract award for feed gas supply was made to LNG Partners.

The DC Project is being jointly developed by the Haisla Nation and Douglas Channel Gas Services Ltd and is expected to produce approximately 700,000 metric tonnes per annum of liquefied natural gas from the initial planned production facility beginning in the second quarter of 2015.

Golar's participation in the project and its commitment to the LNG off-take remains subject to the Company reaching agreement with the current proponents of the DC Project for financing of the facilities, and receipt of all permits required for the project to proceed on a firm basis.

Golar makes move for Floating Liquefied Natural Gas Production Vessel
Golar LNG Ltd ("Golar" or "the Company") announced today that it has reached agreement for the development of the Company's first floating liquefied natural gas vessel (FLNGV). The agreement is with Keppel Shipyard Limited ("Keppel") and is based on the conversion of existing Moss LNG carriers of which Golar owns three potential candidates. Golar has already successfully converted three other Moss carriers into Floating Storage and Regasification Units ("FSRU's") of which Keppel has converted two.

Golar LNG: Golar Secures Chile's First FSRU Award
Golar LNG Limited ("Golar" or "the Company") is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Gas Atacama Mejillones Seaport's FSRU Project ("Gas Atacama"). The initial term of the contract, in Gas Atacama's option, is for 15 or 20 years and is expected to generate an average annual EBITDA of approximately US$48 million for the 15 year charter or US$47 million for the 20 year charter. Gas Atacama has three, five-year contract extension options, representing a potential 15 additional years of commitments.

Golar LNG - Expanding fleet
Golar LNG Limited ("Golar" or the "Company") today announced details of an expansion to its fleet. The Board of Golar has in the recent months considered several options for expanding the Company's activities. This has included growth through acquisitions as well as organic growth. Particular emphasis has been given to valuations, operating efficiencies and timing of such an expansion. The Board sees significant strength in the present development in the LNG shipping market. Global LNG trade is estimated to increase by in the region of 8%-10 % per year over the next few years with further upside if US LNG exports materialise.

LNG Khannur In Jurong Shipyard For FSRU Conversion
Jurong Shipyard, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Marine, has secured an approximately S$20 million contract from Golar LNG Energy to convert the LNG Khannur, a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) tanker, to a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) to be renamed West Java FSRU.
