INPEX signs Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) sales agreement with CPC, Chubu Electric and Toho Gas, Ichthys LNG Project, Australia
INPEX CORPORATION (INPEX) and TOTAL today finalised the sale of the total volume of LNG from the Ichthys LNG Project with the signing of legally binding Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) with CPC Corporation, Taiwan (CPC), Chubu Electric Power Company, Inc. (Chubu Electric) and Toho Gas Co., Ltd. (Toho Gas). Under the SPAs, Ichthys LNG Pty Ltd, a company jointly owned by INPEX and TOTAL and the seller of Ichthys LNG, will sell 2.52 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG for 15 years commencing in 2017 from the Ichthys LNG Project to:

Final Investment Decision on the Coniston Field, Western Australia
INPEX CORPORATION (“INPEX”) is pleased to announce that through its wholly owned subsidiary INPEX Alpha, Ltd., it has made the final investment decision on the Coniston oil field. Coniston is located in the Coniston Unit (the “Unit”), which is the unitization area of parts of WA-35-L (excluding the Van Gogh Defined Area) and WA-44-R located offshore Western Australia. Oil production from the Coniston development is anticipated to start in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Transfer of Ichthys project equity interest to Osaka Gas Co., Ltd

INPEX is underway to construct various facilities in Naoetsu LNG Receiving Terminal as scheduled toward to the operation start in 2014.

Clough DORIS receive LOI for Ichthys
Engineering and construction company Clough Limited (ASX:CLO) today announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent for a contract valued in excess of A$250 million to the Clough DORIS Joint Venture (CDJV) for the provision of Offshore Integrated Project Management Support Services (IPMS) for the Ichthys LNG Project.

INPEX CORPORATION (INPEX) is pleased to announce today that its affiliate INPEX Masela, Ltd. (INPEX Masela) has signed an agreement with Shell Upstream Overseas Services (I) Limited a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell plc (“Shell”), to transfer a 30% participating interest in the Masela Block, the Arafura Sea, Indonesia (Abadi Project). This transaction is subject to approval of the Indonesian Government and satisfaction of certain other conditions.

Final Investment Decision on the Ruby gas field of the Sebuku Block, Indonesia
