Progress Energy Canada And Pacific Northwest LNG Welcome Third Partner To Pioneering British Columbia LNG Export Project
PETRONAS, Progress Energy Canada Ltd. (Progress Energy) and Pacific NorthWest LNG Ltd. (PNW LNG) have signed transaction agreements whereby Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., through its affiliates, will acquire a 10 per cent interest in Progress Energy’s LNG-destined natural gas reserves in northeast British Columbia and in the proposed PNW LNG export facility on Canada’s West Coast. As part of the transaction, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. has also agreed to offtake 1.2 million tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per annum, which represents 10 percent of the LNG facility’s production, for a minimum period of 20 years.

Gazprom Marketing & Trading (Singapore) Announces The Signing Of An LNG Supply MoU With Indian Oil
Gazprom Marketing and Trading Singapore (Pte.) Limited (Gazprom Singapore) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) to supply with up to 2.5 million tonnes per annum of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for up to 25 years.

Essar Projects bags Rs. 1400 crore contract from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
Essar Projects (I) Ltd. (EPIL), India’s leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) , company, today said that it has achieved a new landmark in the EPC business space by bagging a contract valued at Rs. 1,400 Crore from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL). EPIL emerged as the winner against stiff international competition. With this contract, the current order book size of Essar Project is in excess of USD 5.5 billion.
