Noble Energy Announces Increase In Leviathan Resource Estimate
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) today announced results from its second Leviathan appraisal well located in the Rachel license offshore Israel. The Leviathan #4 appraisal well was drilled to a total depth of 16,992 feet and encountered 454 net feet of natural gas pay in multiple intervals, the thickest net pay of any well drilled to date at Leviathan. Reservoir quality and the field-wide gas/water contact were confirmed at the well location and 240 feet of core were recovered. These results have enhanced the Company's understanding of the reservoir, which has led to an increase in the estimated recoverable gross mean resources of the field to 18 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) with a range(1) of 15 to 21 Tcf.

Gazprom Marketing and Trading signs Heads of Agreements with Tamar upstream consortium
Gazprom Marketing & Trading Switzerland AG and Levant LNG Marketing Corporation executed the Heads of Agreement (HOA), outlining the main terms of an exclusive offtake arrangement from Tamar floating LNG project for a 20 year period. The aim of the future deal is to expand Gazprom's LNG marketing and trading portfolio.

Tamar Signed Agreement with Alon Gat Energy for the Sale of Natural Gas
On December 09, 2012, a Take-or-Pay agreement ("agreement") for the supply of natural gas over 15 years or up until the contracted quantity has been utilized (with an option to extend for an additional two years), was signed by the Tamar Partners with Alon Gat Energy Center LP. The agreement is for the supply of up to a total quantity of 1.68BCM and entitles an option to reduce the minimum annual amount it has committed to purchase or pay for it (Take or Pay), such that it will not exceed 50% of the average annual amount consumed during three years prior to exercising the option. In the case of option exercise, the remaining agreed amounts of natural gas to be supplied that were determined in the agreement will be reduced accordingly. The consumers will be entitled to exercise this option, by providing notice to the Tamar partners during the period from the beginning of the fifth year of the supply of gas in commercial quantities or on January 1, 2018 (whichever is the latest), and this option will terminate at the end of the seventh year of the date of commercial operations or on December 31, 2020 (whichever is the latest).The estimated cumulative revenues from this agreement amounts to approximately US $ 400 million. In the agreement, the gas price will be linked to electricity production rates as determined time to time by the Public Utility and Electricity Authority, and includes a "floor rate". The supply of gas is expected to commence in the beginning of 2014. The agreement is subject to Antitrust Authority's approval.

Tamar Signed an Agreement with Paz Ashdod Refinery
On November 28, 2012, Delek Group gas subsidiaries announced that an agreement for the supply of condensate generated (a hydrocarbon liquid that is generated during the production of natural gas) if any, was signed by the Tamar Partners with Paz Ashdod Refinery Ltd. under various terms and conditions.

FLNG Pre-FEED Complete Successfully
Delek Group gas subsidiaries announced that the Pre-FEED stage of Tamar and Dalit floating liquefied natural gas project (FLNG) has now been successfully complete. Therefore, the Tamar partners decided to begin the second phase - FEED. LNG production is expected to be up to 3 MMTPA. In accordance to that, Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. (DSME) signed an agreement with Levant LNG Marketing and Pangea LNG BV for the completion of the FEED stage. DSME will carry out the costs of FEED and Tamar partners will contribute a total amount of $15 million (100%). The agreement has been set for two years, or until the date of the final investment decision of the FLNG project, whichever is earlier.
