On January 25, 2012, Take-or-Pay agreement for the supply of natural gas over 15 years was signed by the Tamar Partners with Paper Hadera Ltd. to supply up to a total approximate quantity of 3.3 BCM. The quantity supplied is subject to be reduced in case Paper Hadera does not build an intended power plant.

Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE:NBL) today announced results from its Leviathan appraisal well in the Amit license offshore Israel. The successful Leviathan #3 well, located more than three miles east of the original Leviathan discovery, encountered approximately 290 net feet of natural gas pay in multiple intervals. The reservoir thickness and quality were greater than anticipated and the gas/water contact was confirmed at the well location.

Noble Energy Provides Update on Eastern Mediterranean Drilling Schedule
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today it has revised drilling plans for the three deepwater rigs it has under contract in the offshore Eastern Mediterranean. The Ensco 5006 rig (formerly the Pride North America), which has experienced multiple subsea equipment issues, will move off the Leviathan #3 well to have repairs performed to its riser system. ATP Provides Update on Offshore Israel Deepwater Licenses
ATP Oil & Gas Corporation (NASDAQ: ATPG) and its wholly-owned subsidiary ATP East Med B.V. ("ATP East Med") have acquired the Shimshon, Daniel East and Daniel West licenses in offshore Israel and the Israeli government has approved these licenses. Based on the acquired licenses, ATP through ATP East Med anticipates spending between $3 and $5 million in 2011 in offshore Israel for acquisition costs, seismic and preliminary exploration plans.
