Tamar Signs Contract worth estimated total of $750m
On January 25, 2012, Take-or-Pay agreement for the supply of natural gas over 15 years was signed by the Tamar Partners with Paper Hadera Ltd. to supply up to a total approximate quantity of 3.3 BCM. The quantity supplied is subject to be reduced in case Paper Hadera does not build an intended power plant.

Noble Energy Announces Successful Leviathan Appraisal Results and Increases Resource Size
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE:NBL) today announced results from its Leviathan appraisal well in the Amit license offshore Israel. The successful Leviathan #3 well, located more than three miles east of the original Leviathan discovery, encountered approximately 290 net feet of natural gas pay in multiple intervals. The reservoir thickness and quality were greater than anticipated and the gas/water contact was confirmed at the well location.

Höegh LNG - Awarded engineering studies for LNG FPSO offshore Israel
Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG") has entered into an agreement with Daewoo
Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. ("DSME") to initiate a project specific
front-end engineering design (FEED) of an LNG FPSO solution for the Tamar gas field offshore Israel.

Noble Energy Announces Heads of Agreement to Evaluate Floating LNG, Offshore Israel
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced that the partners in the Tamar and Dalit fields, offshore Israel, have entered into a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. and D&H Solutions AS to evaluate Floating LNG for the export of natural gas from the Tamar and Dalit fields.

DSME makes an Agreement with Israel for Gas Field
DSME will start the full-scale development of a sub-marine gas field in Israel. DSME made the Heads of Agreement (HoA) with the owners of the Tamar gas field in Israel, Jerusalem for the exploitation of the gas field.

Noble Energy Provides Update on Eastern Mediterranean Drilling Schedule
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today it has revised drilling plans for the three deepwater rigs it has under contract in the offshore Eastern Mediterranean. The Ensco 5006 rig (formerly the Pride North America), which has experienced multiple subsea equipment issues, will move off the Leviathan #3 well to have repairs performed to its riser system. Upon completion of that repair work, the rig is expected to drill the Dolphin prospect located on the Hanna license, offshore Israel.

("ATP East Med") have acquired the Shimshon, Daniel East and Daniel West licenses in offshore Israel and the Israeli government has approved these licenses. Based on the acquired licenses, ATP through ATP East Med anticipates spending between $3 and $5 million in 2011 in offshore Israel for acquisition costs, seismic and preliminary exploration plans.
