Ithaca Energy Inc. Exploration Portfolio Update
Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX: IAE, LSE AIM: IAE) ("Ithaca" or the "Company") announces the execution of a farm-out transaction with Shell UK Limited ("Shell") in respect of the UK exploration assets acquired pursuant to the acquisition of Valiant Petroleum plc ("Valiant"), completed on 19 April 2013 (the "Acquisition"). The Company has now substantially reduced its exposure to all remaining firm UK exploration well expenditure commitments transferred as part of the Acquisition. The Company also confirms the commencement of the Norvarg appraisal well, operated by TOTAL E&P Norge, in PL535 located in the Barents Sea.

Cook Field Acquisition Completion
Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX: IAE, LSE AIM: IAE) announces that further to the press release made on 9 October 2012, the Company has completed the acquisition of the wholly owned UK subsidiary company of Noble Energy Capital Limited (a subsidiary of Noble Energy Inc., NYSE: NBL), which owns the 12.885% non-operated interest in the Cook field. Following the transaction, the Company now holds a 41.345% in the Cook field.

Vallourec, world leader in premium tubular solutions, announces the provision of seamless linepipe including coating and welding services for the Greater Stella Project in the North Sea. The 96 km of coated linepipe is due to be delivered to Technip, who has been awarded the EPC contract, in the first quarter of 2013.

Ithaca Energy Inc. Hurricane Appraisal Well-Successful Test Results
Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX:IAE)(AIM:IAE) announces that it has completed a successful drill stem test ("DST") on the Andrew sandstone interval in the Hurricane appraisal well, 29/10b-8, The DST achieved a gross maximum flow rate of approximately 24 million standard cubic feet of gas per day ("MMscf/d") with associated condensate of 1,200 barrels per day ("bbl/d") from a 44/64-inch fixed choke. The wellbore will now be suspended as a future Andrew reservoir production well with the capability of also producing from the Rogaland reservoir.

Ithaca Energy Inc. Hurricane Well Proceeding to Drill Stem Test
Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX:IAE)(AIM:IAE) announces that operations at the Hurricane appraisal well, 29/10b-8, which lies within the Company's Greater Stella Area in the UK sector of the Central North Sea are now proceeding to a Drill Stem Test ("DST").

The well has been drilled to a total measured depth of 10,779 feet to appraise hydrocarbon bearing sands in the eastern lobe of the Hurricane structural closure and logs indicate that the well has encountered hydrocarbons (possibly liquid rich gas) in both the Rogaland and Andrew sands. Pressure and fluid sampling has been undertaken across both reservoir sand intervals. An initial DST will be conducted over the Andrew sand interval.

A further update will be issued when the DST results from the Andrew formation become available.

The Joint Venture partners in the Ithaca operated Block 29/10b (Hurricane) are Ithaca Energy (UK) Ltd (54.66%), Dyas UK Ltd (25.34%) and Petrofac Energy Developments UK Limited (20%).

Technip awarded substantial UK North Sea contract
Technip was awarded by Ithaca Energy (UK) Ltd an EPIC subsea contract for the Greater Stella Area (GSA) development, located 280 kilometers East-Southeast of Aberdeen, Scotland at a water depth of approximately 90 meters.

Penspen Wins Subsea FEED Contract from EPC Offshore for Ithaca Energy GSA Development
The Offshore business stream of the Penspen Group, Andrew Palmer & Associates, has been contracted to provide the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for EPC Offshore Limited (EPC) in support of Ithaca Energy’s Greater Stella Area (GSA) Development.
