JX Nippon: Signing of SPA with Shell Eastern Trading Pte Ltd
JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation (President: Yasushi Kimura, hereinafter "NOE") is pleased to announce the conclusion of the LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement with Shell Eastern Trading Pte Ltd, a Singaporean subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell plc. (hereinafter "Shell").
NOE will receive 3 cargoes per annum of LNG from Shell for 17 years starting in April 2015 through this contract. This SPA is a portfolio contract which will ensure a reliable and stable supply as LNG will be supplied from multiple sources including LNG projects in which the Royal Dutch Shell plc. group participates.

Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. ("Chubu Electric") announced that it had today executed a fully termed LNG sales and purchase agreement with BP Singapore Pte. Limited.
This agreement is for Chubu Electric to purchase LNG supplied from BP's global LNG portfolio by BP Singapore Pte. Limited.

ExxonMobil to Restructure Holdings in Japan
ExxonMobil and TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K have entered into an agreement which will result in the restructuring of ExxonMobil’s holdings in Japan. Under the terms of the agreement, TonenGeneral Sekiyu will purchase ExxonMobil’s shares in ExxonMobil Yugen Kaisha, integrating ExxonMobil Yugen Kaisha’s marketing operations with its existing manufacturing operations. This will result in a single, integrated downstream business better positioned to meet Japan’s energy needs. The transaction is valued at approximately US $3.9 billion.

Qatargas signs tripartite SPA with Chubu Electric and Shizuoka Gas

Australia Pacific LNG and Kansai Electric sign 20 year

Restructuring for “Idemitsu Tokuyama

INPEX CORPORATION (INPEX) has been engaged in constructing Naoetsu LNG Receiving Terminal in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture (at the Naoetsu Port area), Japan Sea side of Honshu Island, Japan since July 2009.
