Honeywell To Automate Systems For Largest Refinery In The Middle East
Honeywell (NYSE:HON) today announced that it has been selected by Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) to provide the Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) for its new 615,000 barrel-a-day Al Zour refinery complex to be built in southern Kuwait. Honeywell will also provide the front-end engineering design (FEED) for the system.

AMEC awarded $528 million new refinery contract by KNPC, Kuwait
AMEC, the international engineering and project management company, has been awarded a $528 million (£330 million) Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contract by the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) for a new oil refinery at Al Zour, Kuwait.
