Bear Head LNG Receives Permit to Construct
The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (UARB) today issued Bear Head LNG Corp. (“Bear Head LNG”) an updated and amended Permit to Construct, making the project the first in Eastern Canada to be granted such authorization. This approval followed a recommendation from Lloyd’s Register, the UARB’s certifying authority.

Magnolia LNG Signs EPC MOU With SKEC Group
Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (the Company) is pleased to advise that Magnolia LNG LCC (MLNG), its 100% owned subsidiary, has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SK Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd and its subsidiary SK E&C USA, Inc. (SKEC Group). The MOU relates to the preferred engagement of the SKEC Group as the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for Company’s planned 8 million tonne per annum (mtpa) Magnolia LNG Project, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, United States (the MLNG Project).

Gas Supply Letter Of Intent Signed With Petrochina Australia
Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (ASX: LNG, LNG Ltd) and PetroChina International Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd (PetroChina Australia) have executed a non-binding Letter of Intent in relation to securing gas supply for LNG Ltd’s proposed 3 million tonne per annum LNG project at Fisherman’s Landing, in the Port of Gladstone, Queensland (LNG Project). The LNG Project is presently based on two LNG trains; each of 1.5 million tonnes per annum guaranteed LNG production capacity.
