Vopak and Enagas acquire LNG import and re-gasification terminal in Altamira, Mexico
Vopak and Enagas from Spain have reached agreement with current owners Shell (50%), Total (25%) and Mitsui & Co., LTD. (25%) to acquire 100% of the shares in the LNG import and re-gasification terminal in Altamira, Mexico. For this purpose, a joint venture has been established in which Vopak owns 60% of the shares and Enagas 40% (with joint management control). The closing of the transaction is subject to the conclusion of project financing and government approvals.

McDermott Wins Pipeline Installation Project in Gulf of Mexico
McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE:MDR) ("McDermott"), announced today that one of its subsidiaries was awarded a contract by PEMEX Exploración y Producción for procurement, construction and installation of three oil and gas pipelines ranging from 8 to 20 inches in diameter, in Mexico's Bay of Campeche. The contract is valued at more than US$50 million and will be included in McDermott's second quarter backlog for 2011.

Keppel to build new jackup worth US$195 million for Mexico
Keppel AmFELS LLC, a US wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd (Keppel O&M), has won a contract from Mexico's Perforadora Central SA de CV (Perforadora Central) to build a repeat jackup rig valued at about US$195 million.
