Crosstex Energy to Expand Permian Basin Gas Gathering and Processing System
The Crosstex Energy companies, Crosstex Energy, L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX) (the Partnership) and Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTXI) (the Corporation), today announced the Partnership will expand its natural gas gathering and processing system in the Permian Basin by constructing a new natural gas processing complex and rich gas gathering pipeline system. The initial investment of approximately $140 million will include treating, processing and gas takeaway solutions for regional producers. The project, which will be fully owned by the Partnership, is supported by long-term, fee-based contracts.

Enterprise Begins Operation of Second Train at Yoakum Natural Gas Processing Facility in the Eagle Ford Shale
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced the start-up of the second 300 million cubic feet per day (“MMcf/d”) train at the partnership’s Yoakum cryogenic natural gas processing plant in Lavaca County, Texas. With the additional train, nameplate capacity increases to 600 MMcf/d and the facility is capable of extracting approximately 74,000 barrels per day (“BPD”) of natural gas liquids (“NGL”). Enterprise is also on schedule to bring the third train at Yoakum into service in the first quarter of 2013, at which time total capacity at the complex will increase to 900 MMcf/d and 111,000 BPD of NGLs.

Regency Energy Partners Announces Expansion of Processing Facility in North Louisiana
Regency Energy Partners LP (NYSE: RGP), (“Regency” or the “Partnership”), announced today it will construct an expansion of its Dubach processing facility in North Louisiana. The Dubach Expansion will increase the processing capacity of the facility to 210 MMcf/d by adding an incremental 70 MMcf/d of cryogenic processing capacity and 20 MMcf/d of JT capacity.

Enterprise Begins Operations at Yoakum Natural Gas Processing Facility in the Eagle Ford Shale
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced the start-up of the first train at the partnership’s new cryogenic natural gas processing plant at Yoakum, Texas. This facility has a design capacity of 300 million cubic feet per day (“MMcf/day) and can extract approximately 37,000 barrels per day of natural gas liquids (“NGLs”). During the start-up period, the plant will process existing Eagle Ford production in a reduced recovery mode to enable testing of the plant and supporting facilities and make adjustments to plant operations. Incoming natural gas volumes and recovery percentages at the facility will continue to increase throughout the month of May, with full production from the plant expected by June 1, 2012. Prior to the start-up of the Yoakum plant, Enterprise had been utilizing capacity at natural gas processing plants owned by third parties. Most of these volumes will now be diverted and processed at the Yoakum facility.
