Kinder Morgan Announces Investment of Approximately $130 Million in New Condensate Processing Facility
Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP) today announced it will build, own and operate a petroleum condensate processing facility near its Galena Park terminal on the Houston Ship Channel. With an initial throughput of 25,000 barrels per day (bpd) and a design that provides for future expansions of up to 100,000 bpd, the approximately $130 million project will split condensate into its various components such as light and heavy naphthas, kerosene and gas oil. A major oil industry customer is underwriting, through a fee structure, the initial throughput of the facility.

TEXSTAR MIDSTREAM SERVICES, LP LAUNCHES BINDING OPEN SEASON FOR THE TEXSTAR CRUDE OIL PIPELINE
TexStar Midstream Services, LP today launched a binding open season to obtain firm commitments from interested parties for the TexStar Crude Oil Pipeline, LP to transport crude oil and condensate from various points located in Frio, LaSalle, McMullen and Live Oak Counties in Texas to NuStar’s North Beach Terminal in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Nuevo Midstream Announces Major Expansion in Delaware Basin
Nuevo Midstream, LLC announced today that the company will significantly increase processing and treating capacity at its Ramsey plant site located in the Delaware Basin near Orla, Texas. Nuevo has purchased a cryogenic processing plant with capacity of 100 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) and a second amine treating plant with a capacity of 475 gallons per minute (gpm). Both will be installed at the Ramsey site and are expected to be operational in the second quarter of 2012. Nuevo will also extend its Ramsey Gathering System with additional large diameter, natural gas gathering lines and an interconnect to the El Paso natural gas pipeline. The Ramsey Gathering System crosses through Eddy County in southeast New Mexico and Culberson, Loving and Reeves counties in West Texas and currently serves 38 natural gas producers pursuing the liquids-rich Bone Springs, Wolfcamp and Avalon Shale plays.

Encana agrees to sell interest in Horn River Basin’s Cabin Gas Plant for approximately C$220 million
Encana Corporation (TSX, NYSE: ECA) has reached an agreement to sell its interest in the Cabin Gas Plant in the Horn River Basin of northeast British Columbia to Enbridge Inc. for approximately C$220 million at closing, which is expected in December 2011. The agreement covers Encana’s interest of approximately 52 percent in the first two phases of the natural gas processing plant, which has regulatory approval for total processing capacity of 800 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d).
