Noble Energy Provides Update on Eastern Mediterranean Drilling Schedule
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today it has revised drilling plans for the three deepwater rigs it has under contract in the offshore Eastern Mediterranean. The Ensco 5006 rig (formerly the Pride North America), which has experienced multiple subsea equipment issues, will move off the Leviathan #3 well to have repairs performed to its riser system. Upon completion of that repair work, the rig is expected to drill the Dolphin prospect located on the Hanna license, offshore Israel.

Noble Energy Announces Farm-In Agreement Expanding West Africa Exploration Portfolio
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today that it has joined a venture that is exploring the AGC Profond block located offshore Senegal and Guinea-Bissau in West Africa. The AGC Profond block, covering more than two million gross acres in water depths up to 11,500 feet, is in a designated cooperation area between the two countries. The venture has identified a number of prospects and leads on the acreage. Approximately 45 percent of the block is covered by existing 3D seismic.

Noble Energy Announces Santiago Discovery and Increases Projected Galapagos Production
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today a discovery at the Santiago exploration prospect in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. The well, located in 6,500 feet of water on Mississippi Canyon Block 519, was drilled to a total depth of approximately 18,920 feet. Open-hole logging identified approximately 60 feet of oil pay in a high-quality Miocene reservoir. Noble Energy is the operator at Santiago with a 23.25 percent working interest.

Noble Energy Announces Exit From Ecuador
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today that it has received compensation totaling $97 million for the transfer of its assets in Ecuador to various government-affiliated entities. Compensation was received for the offshore Amistad field assets and Block 3 production sharing contract which was terminated by the government of Ecuador on November 25, 2010. In addition, total proceeds included an amount for the assignment of the Machala Power Electricity concession and its associated assets. Noble Energy previously owned these assets with a 100 percent working interest. The Company's net book value for the assets totaled approximately $68 million.

Alliance Engineering awarded detailed engineering and design contract for Noble Energy's Tamar Platform topsides
Wood Group's Alliance Engineering has been awarded a contract to provide detailed engineering and design services for the Tamar Platform Project, including topsides facilities and deck structure, to be located offshore Israel. The Tamar natural gas field will be operated by Noble Energy and is located offshore Israel in the eastern Mediterranean Sea's Levantine Basin.

Noble Energy Provides Update of Leviathan Deep
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today that it has suspended drilling operations at the Leviathan #1 location, which was testing deeper potential in the well, offshore Israel. The Company identified wear on the wellbore casing, requiring additional material and equipment necessary to complete the drilling of the well. Noble Energy is working to secure the needed items, which are not available in Israel.

Noble Energy Receives Deepwater Gulf of Mexico Drilling Permit
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today that it has received an approved permit to resume drilling at the Santiago prospect in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Well operations were suspended in June 2010 as a result of the deepwater Gulf of Mexico drilling moratorium. Santiago is a middle Miocene amplitude prospect on Mississippi Canyon Block 519. Noble Energy is the operator with a 23.25 percent working interest.

Noble Energy Announces Sanction of Alen Project Offshore Equatorial Guinea
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) announced today that the Plan of Development for the Alen condensate/gas-recycling project has been approved by the Ministry of Mines, Industry, and Energy of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. Noble Energy's board of directors sanctioned the project in December 2010, followed closely by the approval of all partners. Formerly known as Belinda, Alen is a liquid-rich gas-condensate field and was Noble Energy's first operated discovery in the Douala basin. The reservoir lies primarily in Block "O", where the original discovery was made, and extends into the northern part of Block "I" offshore Equatorial Guinea. Noble Energy is Technical Operator of the project with an average working interest of 44.65 percent.

Noble Energy Announces Operational Update at Leviathan Offshore Israel
Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) provided today an operational update for the Leviathan exploration prospect offshore Israel. The well has penetrated the first interval in the primary objective. Based on logs taken while drilling, it is apparent that natural gas has been encountered in this interval. Noble Energy and its partners are continuing to drill through the primary objective, after which a full well evaluation will be conducted. Results from these operations are expected in mid-December.
