Ping Petroleum and Hibiscus Petroleum To Acquire Operated Interest of Anasuria Cluster
Ping Petroleum Limited (“Ping”) and Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad (“Hibiscus”) are pleased to announce that they have jointly entered into sale and purchase agreements to each acquire 50% of the entire interests of Shell UK Ltd, Shell EP Offshore Ventures Limited (“Shell”) and Esso Exploration and Production UK Limited (“Esso”) in the Anasuria Cluster of oil and gas fields effective from 1st January 2015. The acquisition of the Anasuria Cluster is subject to regulatory approvals, and third party consents, including the UK Government’s approval and Hibiscus shareholder approval.

Wood Group secures EnQuest contract
Wood Group PSN has been awarded a new five year contract from EnQuest to provide engineering, design, construction, procurement and commissioning services to the Thistle, Heather and Northern Producer offshore assets in the North Sea. The terms of the contract reflect EnQuest’s ongoing focus on reducing costs and improving the efficiency of its North Sea offshore operations. Effective immediately, the contract includes extension options for up to a further five years.

Ithaca Energy successfully completes flow test operations on Stella A3 well
Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX: IAE, LSE AIM: IAE) (“Ithaca” or the “Company”) announces the successful completion of flow test operations on the fifth and final development well on the Stella field, with the well achieving a flow rate of over 8,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (“boepd”).

Technip wins subsea contract on Triton FPSO
Technip has been awarded a brownfield subsea contract for the Triton(1) floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, operated by Dana Petroleum, located in the central North Sea. This FPSO vessel is located 193 kilometers east of Aberdeen, at a water depth of approximately 90 meters. It produces oil and gas from different fields - Bittern, Guillemot West and North West, Clapham, Pict and Saxon, which are tied back to the FPSO vessel via subsea facilities comprising a series of pipelines and manifolds.

UK: West Franklin Phase 2 brought on stream in the North Sea
Total has started gas and condensate production from the West Franklin Phase 2 project in the Central Graben area of the UK North Sea. The project will supply 40,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) to the Elgin/Franklin hub.

First oil from Golden Eagle development
CNOOC Limited, the parent company of Nexen Petroleum UK Ltd (Nexen), has announced that the Golden Eagle Area Development in the UK North Sea commenced production. Nexen is the operator of the development, with Maersk Oil North Sea UK Ltd holding a 31.56% interest.

EnQuest selects Technip for a large subsea contract
Technip was awarded by EnQuest earlier this year a large(1) engineering, procurement, installation and construction (EPCI) contract for the Kraken development located in the North Sea, 400 kilometers North-East of Aberdeen and 130 kilometers East of Shetland, at a water depth of approximately 120 meters.

Endeavour Announces Rochelle Field Has Returned to Production
Endeavour International Corporation (OTC Pink: ENDRQ) (ENDV.L) today announced that the Rochelle field is back online. Production from the field restarted on October 12, 2014 and is currently producing at 90 million standard cubic feet of gas per day ("MMscf/d") with approximately 4,600 barrels of per day of associated liquids.

ABB wins power and automation order for vessel in British North Sea
ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, has won an order from Armada Kraken Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Bumi Armada Berhad, a Malaysia-based international offshore oilfield services provider.
ABB will provide power and automation technologies for the floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel destined for the Kraken oil field, the biggest subsea oilfield project in the British North Sea.
