Oceaneering Announces Shell Appomattox Umbilical Contract
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) announced that it secured a contract from Shell Offshore Inc. (“Shell”) to supply umbilicals for the deepwater Appomattox development located in the Mississippi Canyon area of the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

Oceaneering Announces Contract for Offshore Cape Three Points Development
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) announced that, as part of a consortium with GE Oil & Gas, it has secured a contract with ENI Ghana Exploration and Production, Ltd. and its partners, Vitol and GNPC, to supply equipment for the Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) Block Project development located off the coast of West Africa.

Oceaneering Announces Hess Stampede Project Umbilicals and Distribution Hardware Contract Award
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) announced that it secured a contract in December 2014 from Hess Corporation (NYSE: HES) to supply the umbilicals and umbilical distribution hardware for the Stampede Project located in the Green Canyon area of the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. This hardware will be used to transmit hydraulic control fluids, chemicals, and electrical power signals to operate and monitor subsea wells and manifolds.

Oceaneering Announces BP Angola Contract Extension
Houston, Texas – Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) announced that BP p.l.c. (NYSE:BP) has exercised both one-year options to extend the Field Support Vessel Services contract with Oceaneering for work offshore Angola on Blocks 18 and 31. Under this contract term extension, Oceaneering will continue to provide project management, engineering, and vessel services through January 2017.

Oceaneering Announces Jangkrik Umbilicals Contract
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) announced it has secured a contract from FMC Technologies Singapore Pte Limited, a subsidiary of FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI), to supply umbilicals for the Jangkrik project located in the Muara Bakau PSC (Production Sharing Contract) area off the coast of Indonesia.

Oceaneering Announces Umbilical Contract for the ExxonMobil Julia Project
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) announced that it has secured a contract with Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) to supply a production control umbilical for its Julia field development located in the Gulf of Mexico Walker Ridge block.

Oceaneering Announces Quad 204 Umbilical Order
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) announced that it has secured an order from BP Exploration Operating Company Limited (BP), a subsidiary of BP plc (NYSE:BP), to supply umbilicals for BP’s Quad 204 field development west of Shetland, United Kingdom. This order adds over $45 million to Oceaneering’s Subsea Products backlog.

Oceaneering Announces BP Angola Contract
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) announced that it has secured a three-year Field Support Vessel Services contract from BP p.l.c. (NYSE:BP). Oceaneering will provide project management, engineering, and vessel services offshore Angola on Blocks 18 and 31, commencing February 1, 2012. The contract provides for two option periods of one year each, exercisable by BP.
