GMT and Pacific Rubiales Announce the Execution of a Heads of Agreement for a Five Year LNG Sales Contract
Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp. (TSX: PRE) (BVC: PREC) (BOVESPA: PREB) and Gazprom Marketing & Trading Limited ("GM&T") are pleased to announce the execution of a Heads of Agreement ("HOA") for the negotiation of a five year Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") for approximately 0.5 million tons per year of liquified natural gas ("LNG") FOB Colombia (Caribbean Sea) beginning in the second quarter of 2015. The HOA includes the key commercial terms of the SPA, which the companies will negotiate on an exclusive basis within the next nine months. As agreed under the HOA, Pacific Rubiales will procure an LNG Floating Storage Unit ("FSU") of a minimum size of 138,00m3.

ECOPETROL, Pacific Rubiales And Petrominerales Announce Closing Of COP$ 2.1 Billion Debt Facility For The Araguaney To Banadia P
ECOPETROL (BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC; TSX: ECP), Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp. (TSX: PRE; BVC: PREC; BOVESPA: PREB) and Petrominerales (TSX: PMG; BVC: PMGC) are pleased to announce that Oleoducto Bicentenario S.A. (Bicentenario) has closed a debt facility for approximately US$1.2 billion, the equivalent of COP$2,100,000 million in Colombian Pesos. The loan has been provided by a syndicate of ten Colombian Banks. Bicentenario is a specialpurpose vehicle owned 55.97% by Ecopetrol S.A., 32.88 % by Pacific Rubiales Energy, 9.65% by Petrominerales, and the remainder owned by other E&P companies operating in Colombia.

Pacific Drilling Receives Delivery of its Drillship the Pacific Mistral
Pacific Drilling S.A. (NOTC: PDSA) announced today that it has received delivery of its newest drillship, the Pacific Mistral. The Pacific Mistral can operate in water depths of up to 12,000 feet and drill wells of up to 35,000 feet total depth. The rig features technologically advanced equipment that allows customers to improve drilling efficiency, including offline handling capabilities.

Pacific Drilling CEO Chris Beckett stated, “We are proud to announce the delivery of the Pacific Mistral. This constitutes the third on-time, on-budget delivery in Pacific Drilling’s fleet of six premium ultra-deepwater drillships. The final payment to the shipyard was substantially funded by our Project Facilities Agreement lenders, consisting of two Export Credit Agencies and nine commercial banks based in the United States and Europe. We are in the advanced stages of negotiations with several major E&P companies and expect to announce a drilling contract for the Pacific Mistral in the near future.”
