Clough Curtain JV awarded $209m Work Order for PNG LNG Project
Engineering and construction company Clough Limited (ASX:CLO) today announced that the Clough Curtain Joint Venture (CCJV) has received work orders worth AU$209m associated with the PNG LNG Upstream Infrastructure contract.

UBUNTU-1 GAS CONDENSATE DISCOVERY IN PNG
Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeuro" or the "Company") announces the news released by Eaglewood Energy Inc ("Eaglewood") regarding the Ubuntu-1 well in PPL-259 in Papua New Guinea. Transeuro has a back-in option to acquire 10% of all four Petroleum Prospecting Licenses held by Eaglewood in PNG after three wells have been drilled on the licenses by paying 10% of the exploration costs. InterOil Corporation (NYSE:IOC) (POMSoX:IOC) announced that InterOil and Liquid Niugini Gas Ltd., its joint-venture liquefied natural gas project company with Pacific LNG Operations Ltd., have signed a Project Funding and Construction Agreement (PFCA) and a Shareholder Agreement with Energy World Corporation Ltd. (AX: EWC) governing the parameters in respect of the development,
construction, financing and operation of a planned three million tonne per annum (mtpa) land-based
modular LNG plant in the Gulf Province of Papua New Guinea (PNG).

InterOil to Partner With Energy World to Construct a Two MTPA Land-Based LNG Plant
InterOil Corporation (NYSE: IOC) (POMSoX: IOC) today announced that InterOil and Liquid Niugini Gas Ltd., its Joint-Venture liquefied natural gas project company with Pacific LNG Operations Ltd., have signed a binding Heads Of Agreement (HOA) with Energy World Corporation Ltd. (AX: EWC) to construct a two million tonne per annum (mtpa) land-based LNG plant in the Gulf Province of Papua New Guinea (PNG).
