Rosneft and Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina completed the establishment of the joint venture for the development of Tuban grass root refinery and petrochemical complex (TGRR) in Tuban in the East Java province of Indonesia.

ExxonMobil announced today the successful and safe startup of the onshore central processing facility at the Banyu Urip field in Indonesia, helping increase production to more than 130,000 barrels of oil per day.

ENGIE signs its first Jangkrik LNG Sale & Purchase Agreements
ENGIE (formerly GDF SUEZ), eni, and Saka Energi signed today in Jakarta two LNG “Sales and Purchase Agreements” for the Jangkrik Development Project with PT Pertamina (PERSERO), the Indonesian largest natural gas transportation and distribution company. Under these agreements, Pertamina will purchase 1.4 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG starting in 2017.

Last LNG Cargo Shipped From Arun
On Wednesday, 15 October 2014, PT. Arun NGL shipped LNG cargo to Korea Gas Corporation (Kogas). It was the last shipment of LNG from the project that has become the pioneer in the global LNG development.

Cheniere and Pertamina Sign Additional 20-Year LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement
Cheniere Energy, Inc. ("Cheniere") (NYSE MKT: LNG) announced today that its subsidiary, Corpus Christi Liquefaction, LLC ("Corpus Christi Liquefaction"), has entered into a liquefied natural gas ("LNG") sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with PT Pertamina (Persero) ("Pertamina") under which Pertamina has agreed to purchase approximately 0.76 million tonnes per annum ("mtpa") of LNG upon the commencement of operations of Train 2 of the LNG export facility being developed near Corpus Christi, Texas (the "Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project"). The SPA is in addition to the previously announced SPA under which Pertamina will purchase approximately 0.76 mtpa of LNG, bringing the total quantity of LNG sold to Pertamina under the two agreements to approximately 1.52 mtpa. The Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project is being designed and permitted for up to three trains, with aggregate design production capacity of 13.5 mtpa of LNG.

The Indonesian National Oil Company PT Pertamina has selected Axens to conduct a Bankable Feasibility Study for the modernization and capacity expansion of Plaju refinery located in Palembang, South Sumatra.

Hess Announces Sale of Its Indonesian Assets
Hess Corporation announced today it has entered into two separate agreements with a joint venture between PT Pertamina and PTT Exploration and Production Company Limited to sell its interests in both the Pangkah and http://abarrelfull.wikidot.com/natuna-sea-block-a-psc-oil-and-gas-fields Natuna A assets located off the coast of Indonesia for a total after-tax consideration of $1.3 billion. Together, the two assets produced an average of 15,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day net to Hess in the first three quarters of 2013.

Tuban Refinery Reoperates
The Tuban TPPI Refinery has been reoperating since 1 November 2013, after stopped it stopped its operation around two years ago. The refinery's readiness had reached 100% so the Tuban TPPI Refinery started reoperating and “oil in” was conducted on 4 November 2013. The reoperation of the Tuban TPPI Refinery is part of Tolling Agreement between PT. TPPI and PT. Pertamina (Persero).
