Petrofac Awarded US$330 Million Project in Iraq
Petrofac, the international oil & gas service provider, has been awarded a US$330 million lump-sum engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by Gazprom Neft Badra B.V. (‘Gazprom’) for the first phase of the Badra Oilfield Development Project in Iraq. The competitively tendered project will commence shortly and be completed in three 18-month phases, with final completion scheduled during the second half of 2015.

Petrofac Secures Asset Management Contract with Queensland Gas Company
Petrofac, the international oil & gas facilities service provider, has secured a £1.4 million Work Management Systems development & implementation contract with the Queensland Gas Company (QGC), a wholly owned subsidiary of BG Group. The contract, which is the first to be secured alongside local partner Sharp Business Solutions, will see Petrofac’s Plant Asset Management arm play a significant role in the Queensland Curtis Liquefied Natural Gas Project (QCLNG).

Petrofac Selected Bidder on Mexico Contracts
Following the announcement by Petróleos Mexicanos (‘PEMEX’) earlier today, Petrofac confirms that it has been declared the selected bidder on two integrated services contracts to develop the Magallanes and Santuario blocks (‘the blocks’) in Tabasco State, central Mexico. The contracts, which run for 25 years, will be signed on 18 October 2011 and Petrofac will take responsibility for field operations after an initial three month transition period.

Petrofac Awarded North Sea Contract Renewal
Petrofac, the international oil & gas facilities service provider, announces that its Offshore Engineering & Operations (OE&O) business has been awarded a contract renewal by Marathon Oil ("Marathon"). Petrofac has been working with Marathon on its North Sea Brae assets since 2005. Following the delivery of a number of critical projects, the contract has been extended by a further four years.
