Rosneft Signs Long-Term Supply Deals via Druzhba Pipeline
On February 1, 2013 Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board Igor Sechin visited Hamburg to sign a contract for supply of crude oil via the Druzhba pipeline to Poland, where the crude will be purchased by PKN Orlen, owner of the Plotsk refinery. The amount of the contract equals to ca. 15 billion USD at current prices. The contract envisages a supply volume of some 6 mln tonnes per year (totalling approximately 18 mln tonnes for the whole contract period). Delivery term for the contract is until January 31, 2016.

Agreements between PKN ORLEN and Glencore Energy UK Ltd
Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”) hereby informs that on 17 December 2012 it signed a spot agreement with Glencore Energy UK Ltd, London, United Kingdom („Glencore”) for delivery of crude oil to AB ORLEN Lietuva („ORLEN Lietuva”). The estimated net value of the agreement amounts to approximately USD 78 million (i.e. approximately PLN 243 million, based on the average PLN/USD exchange rate as of 17 December 2012, as stated by the National Bank of Poland).

PKN ORLEN has signed an agreement with Souz Petrolium for crude oil deliveries
Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") informs that on 22 December 2011 it signed an Agreement with Souz Petrolium SA headquartered in Geneva („Souz Petrolium”), for REBCO crude oil deliveries, in the quantity of 2,4 m tonnes per year, by “Przyjazn” pipeline to PKN ORLEN (“Agreement”). The Agreement is valid from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014. In some cases, described in the Agreement, the deliveries can be realized by sea to Gdansk.

ORLEN Plans to Pursue Oil and Gas Exploration Opportunities in Ukraine
PKN ORLEN and the Ukrainian Ministry of the Environment have signed an agreement on cooperation in exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the territory of Ukraine. In accordance with the agreement, PKN ORLEN will be able either to work under new licences or to jointly develop some hydrocarbon reserves already appraised by its Ukrainian partners.
