(NYSE:WNR) announced today the start-up of its Mason Station Crude Oil Terminal in Reeves County, Texas ("Mason Station") which is the first phase of the Company's Delaware Basin Crude Oil Gathering System ("Delaware Basin System"). Mason Station is owned and operated by a subsidiary of the Company. Mason Station includes crude oil storage, truck offloading stations, and a pipeline connection to the Kinder Morgan El Paso crude oil pipeline ("Kinder Morgan Line").

Enbridge to Partner in Delivering Bakken Crude by Rail to Philadelphia Refining Markets
Enbridge Inc. ("Enbridge") (TSX:ENB) (NYSE:ENB) today announced its U.S. subsidiary, Enbridge Rail (Philadelphia) L.L.C., has entered into an agreement with Canopy Prospecting Inc. ("Canopy") to create the Eddystone Rail Company to jointly develop a unit-train facility and related local pipeline infrastructure near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to deliver Bakken and other light sweet crude oil to Philadelphia area refineries. The project is expected to handle 80,000 barrels per day (bpd) in the third quarter 2013 and can ultimately be expanded to receive up to 160,000 bpd for subsequent transport by barge or pipeline to nearby refineries as early as mid-2014.

BNSF Expands Bakken Oil Transport Capacity to One Million Barrels per day
BNSF Railway (BNSF) today announced that it has increased capacity in 2012 to enable the railroad to haul one million barrels per day out of the Williston Basin in North Dakota and Montana. This increased capacity will allow the energy industry to continue the record expansion of oil production in the Williston Basin and to ship the new production to markets throughout the U.S. It will also benefit shippers of other commodities, including agricultural products.

Service Begins at Rangeland Energy's Crude Oil Loading Terminal in North Dakota's Bakken Shale
Rangeland Energy, LLC announced today that the company’s COLT facility is in service in North Dakota’s Bakken Shale. COLT is North Dakota’s largest, open-access crude oil marketing terminal. Strategically located in the heart of the prolific Bakken and Three Forks shale oil producing areas, the COLT terminal provides refiners, marketers and producers with outbound service by unit train and through the COLT Connector, a 21-mile, bidirectional pipeline that links the COLT terminal with multiple existing and planned pipelines at Rangeland’s Dry Fork Terminal near Tioga, N.D., including the Tesoro and Enbridge pipeline systems.

Kinder Morgan Energy Partners and Martin Midstream Partners Announce Rail Terminal Joint Venture in Permian Basin of West Texas
Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP) and Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: MMLP) today announced a new joint venture, Pecos Valley Producer Services LLC, to develop a multi-commodity rail terminal in Pecos, Texas. The new terminal will serve the growing oil and natural gas industries in the Permian Basin. The facility will be constructed and operated by a subsidiary of Watco Companies, Inc., the largest privately held short line railroad company in the United States. KMP holds a preferred equity position in Watco.

Tesoro Corporation Announces Plans to Supply Bakken Crude Oil from North Dakota to its Anacortes, Washington Refinery
Tesoro Corporation (NYSE:TSO) today announced its intention to supply crude oil by rail from the prolific Bakken Shale/Williston Basin area in North Dakota to its refinery in Anacortes, WA. The Company currently takes delivery of one to two thousand barrels per day of Bakken crude oil into the Washington refinery. Upon completion of the project, which includes loading and unloading facilities and dedicated rail cars called a unit train, the Company expects to deliver up to 30 thousand barrels per day of Bakken crude oil into the refinery. The high quality, cost advantaged crude oil will allow the Company to decrease dependence on foreign water born feedstocks and declining Alaska North Slope production.
