SBM Offshore Awarded Contracts for ExxonMobil Liza FPSO
SBM Offshore is pleased to announce that ExxonMobil subsidiary Esso Exploration and Production Guyana Limited has awarded the Company contracts for a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO) for the Liza development and production in Guyana.

Mitsubishi Corporation Participates in FPSO project in the Gulf of Mexico
Mitsubishi Corporation (MC), together with Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line), has entered into a joint venture with SBM Offshore N.V. (SBM), a global leader in the FPSO sector, for the charter, operation and maintenance of a Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO *1) system for Shell Offshore Inc. in the US Gulf of Mexico.

N’GOMA FPSO Producing And On Hire
SBM Offshore is pleased to announce that this week the Company received formal Production Readiness Notice (PRN) for N’Goma FPSO from client Eni, operator of Block 15/06 on behalf of the Joint Venture which also includes Sonangol Pesquisa e Produção, SSI Fifteen Limited and Falcon Oil Holding Angola SA. Following successful first oil in November 2014 and completion of the 72 hour continuous production test in early December 2014, PRN goes into effect retroactively to November 28, 2014 and the vessel is on hire from that date onwards. The FPSO will operate under a twelve year lease and operate contract with Eni Angola S.p.A on Block 15/06, West Hub, offshore Angola.

Angolan shipyard Paenal celebrates the arrival of N’Goma FPSO
Following a voyage of 7,331 miles (13,577km), N’Goma FPSO safely berthed at Paenal’s 490-metre quayside at Port Amboim on 17th June 2014. The arrival of the vessel in Angola from Singapore marks the young yard’s second mega FPSO in just eight months.

Keppel secures two FPSO contracts worth S$190 million
Keppel Shipyard Ltd (Keppel Shipyard) has secured two Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) conversion contracts from repeat customers worth a combined value of S$190 million. These contracts are from SBM Offshore N.V. (SBM Offshore) and M3nergy Offshore Limited (M3nergy Offshore).

SBM Offshore Awarded Contracts to Provide World’s Deepest Disconnectable FPSO for Shell Stones in Gulf of Mexico
SBM Offshore is pleased to announce it has signed contracts with Shell Offshore Inc. to supply and lease an Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) for the Stones development project in the Gulf of Mexico. The contracts include an initial period of 10 years with future extension options up to a total of 20 years. The Stones development is located in 2,896m (9500ft) of water approximately 320km (200 miles) offshore Louisiana in the Walker Ridge area. When installed, the Stones FPSO will be the deepest FPSO development in the world.

SBM Offshore starts oil production on FPSO Cidade de Paraty

Contracts finalised for Alpha/Beta
SBM Offshore is pleased to announce that contracts have been executed with BM-S-11 subsidiary Tupi BV on 12 July 2013 for the twenty-year charter and operation of the two (2) FPSOs Cidade de Maricà and Cidade de Saquarema.
