White Cliffs Pipeline, L.L.C. Completes Successful Open Season for Expansion Project
White Cliffs Pipeline, L.L.C. ("WCPL") owned by a subsidiary of SemGroup® Corporation (NYSE:SEMG), a subsidiary of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE:PAA), a subsidiary of Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE:WES) and a subsidiary of Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE:NBL) today announced that it has received sufficient binding shipper commitments during its recent open season to move forward with its Expansion Project which will allow the company to provide additional crude oil transportation service from Platteville, Colorado, to Cushing, Oklahoma.

SemGroup Corporation and Gavilon to Increase Ownership of Glass Mountain Pipeline
SemGroup® Corporation (NYSE:SEMG), and Gavilon, LLC, today announced that each has completed the acquisition of a 25 percent share of Glass Mountain Pipeline LLC previously owned by an affiliate of Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE:CHK). Following this purchase, SemGroup Corporation now owns 50 percent of Glass Mountain Pipeline; the remaining 50 percent of the pipeline is now owned by Gavilon. Chesapeake will maintain its long-term transportation agreement with Glass Mountain Pipeline, providing the economic incentive for its construction.

White Cliffs Pipeline, L.L.C. ("WCPL") a partially owned subsidiary of SemGroup® Corporation (NYSE:SEMG), is considering an expansion of capacity from Platteville, Colorado to Cushing, Oklahoma to facilitate increasing shipments of crude petroleum from the DJ Basin to the Cushing hub (the "Expansion Project"). WCPL hereby announces a binding open season that will provide an opportunity for shippers to support the Expansion Project by making volume commitments, thereby becoming "Priority Service Shippers."

SemGroup Corporation and Noble Energy Agree to Build New Wattenberg Crude Oil Gathering System
