Amec Foster Wheeler announces today the company has been awarded an extension to its existing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contract for the UZ750 project in the Upper Zakum (UZ) field, located 84 kilometres north-west of Abu Dhabi. The value of the contract has not been announced.

FMC Technologies Awarded $297 Million Contract for Subsea Production Systems for Shah Deniz Stage 2 Project
FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced today that it has received an order from BP Exploration (Shah Deniz) Ltd. to supply subsea production systems for Well Clusters 3-5 of the Shah Deniz Stage 2 project in the Caspian Sea. The order has an estimated value of $297 million in revenue and is in addition to the initial order for Well Clusters 1-2 received in 2014 from BP, the operator of the Shah Deniz Stage 2 project. The Shah Deniz field is located offshore in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea, approximately 100km south of Baku.

McDermott Awarded Otis Field Subsea Tieback Project by LLOG
McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR) has been awarded a sizeable lump sum contract by LLOG Exploration Offshore, LLC (LLOG) in support of LLOG’s Otis development located in the Gulf of Mexico. The lump sum contract will be included in McDermott’s second quarter 2015 backlog.

Wood Group awarded Saudi Aramco offshore contract
Wood Group has been awarded an offshore maintain potential programme contract by Saudi Aramco for greenfield and brownfield engineering services, procurement, and construction management support for new facilities in the Arabian Gulf. The six-year contract, which includes options for two three-year renewals, includes the establishment of an offshore engineering centre of excellence in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Technip was awarded by Chevron North America Exploration and Production Company, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a lump sum project for the decommissioning of the brownfield development and installation of new subsea equipment supporting a floating production system located in Mississippi Canyon, Gulf of Mexico, in a water depth of approximately 2,000 meters.
