Subsea 7 S.A. awarded contract offshore Norway
Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC) announced today the award of a contract with a value of approximately USD 300 million for the Maria field development by Wintershall Norge AS. The field is located in the Norwegian Sea at a water depth of approximately 300 metres.

BP selects Technip for the Thunder Horse South Expansion project in the Gulf of Mexico
Technip was awarded by BP Exploration & Production Inc. a lump sum project for the design, engineering, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning of the new production pipeline systems on the south side of the Thunder Horse production drilling quarters unit. At a water depth of approximately 1,900 meters, the current field development is located in Mississippi Canyon Blocks 778 and 822, in the ultra-deepwater Gulf of Mexico environment.

FPSO Petrojarl I dry-docked at Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam for EPC Redeployment Upgrade
After four months of preliminary work alongside, FPSO Petrojarl I moved on April 16, 2015 into Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam’s 307m long x 47 m wide dry dock no 8 for work to the hull. In all, the vessel will spend a year at DSR before heading off to the South Atlantic. The Teekay managed FPSO arrived at Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam in January 2015.

Wood Group secures EnQuest contract
Wood Group PSN has been awarded a new five year contract from EnQuest to provide engineering, design, construction, procurement and commissioning services to the Thistle, Heather and Northern Producer offshore assets in the North Sea. The terms of the contract reflect EnQuest’s ongoing focus on reducing costs and improving the efficiency of its North Sea offshore operations. Effective immediately, the contract includes extension options for up to a further five years.

Technip awarded FEED contract for the Liuhua fields in the South China Sea
Technip and its consortium partner China Offshore Oil Engineering Company (COOEC) have been awarded a front end engineering design (FEED) contract by China National Offshore Oil Corporation Limited (CNOOC Ltd.) for two tension leg platforms(1) (TLPs) for the Liuhua 11-1 and 16-2 joint development project located in the South China Sea.

Subsea 7 S.A. awarded contract offshore Brazil
Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC) has been awarded a contract worth approximately USD$200 million with a duration of approximately two years. The contract is for the installation of flexible lines for Petrobras' projects using Subsea 7's construction and flex-lay vessel Seven Seas, on a day-rate basis. The vessel has been operating for Petrobras under a similar day-rate contract since 2013 and will commence the new contract in direct continuation to the current one.

MODEC, Mitsui, MOL and Marubeni to Proceed with the Deepwater FPSO Charter Project for Tartaruga Verde & Tartaruga Mestiça Oil F
MODEC, Inc. (“MODEC,” head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; president: Toshiro Miyazaki), Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui,” head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; president: Tatsuo Yasunaga), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (“MOL,” head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; president: Koichi Muto) and Marubeni Corporation (“Marubeni,” head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; president: Fumiya Kokubu) have agreed that Mitsui, MOL and Marubeni will invest in a long-term charter business (“the Project”) currently promoted by MODEC for the purpose of providing a floating production, storage, and offloading system (“the FPSO”) for use in the Tartaruga Verde and Tartaruga Mestiça oil fields off the coast of Brazil. The above four companies (“the Companies”) have entered into related agreements today.

Technip wins subsea contract on Triton FPSO
Technip has been awarded a brownfield subsea contract for the Triton(1) floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, operated by Dana Petroleum, located in the central North Sea. This FPSO vessel is located 193 kilometers east of Aberdeen, at a water depth of approximately 90 meters. It produces oil and gas from different fields - Bittern, Guillemot West and North West, Clapham, Pict and Saxon, which are tied back to the FPSO vessel via subsea facilities comprising a series of pipelines and manifolds.
