A/S Norske Shell extends maintenance and modification contract with Aker Solutions
A/S Norske Shell has decided to extend the maintenance and modification contract with Aker Solutions, exercising a 2 year option in the existing agreement for the Draugen and Ormen Lange fields. Work under the new option will last until December 2012. The contract value is estimated to be in the range of NOK 1- 1.5 billion.

Nexus Agrees Commercial Principles with Shell for Crux Liquids Project Extension
Nexus Energy Limited (“Nexus”) has reached agreement on commercial terms with Shell Development (Australia) Pty Ltd (“Shell”) to purchase an option to a three (3) year extension of the gas rights handover date from 31 December 2020 to 31 December 2023. ATWOOD OCEANICS Announces Contract Extension for the ATWOOD FALCON
ATWOOD OCEANICS, INC., a Houston-based international drilling contractor (NYSE: ATW), announced today that the ATWOOD FALCON has been awarded an extension by Sarawak Shell Berhad / Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Ltd. of the existing contract. With this extension, the rig's current contract commitment will be extended from August 24, 2011 until between November 24, 2011 and January 24, 2012, depending on the length of the drilling program. The value of the contract extension is estimated to be between $27 million and $45 million.
