On July 1, 2012 All Motor Fuel Manufactured at Yanos Will Comply With EURO 5
From July 01, 2012, ОАО Slavenft-YaNOS will terminate production of commercial motor fuels not compliant with the Euro-5 eco-standard.

ОАО NGK Slavneft closed the transaction for the sale of its interest in ОАО Slavneft-Yaroslavl Mendeleyev Refinery to ZАО NEFTGAZSBYT.

In 2011 Slavneft produced 18.1 mln tons of oil
In 2011, ОАО NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 18.1 mln tons of oil according to the Business Plan that makes 98.5% against the 2010 level. The gas production volume amounted to 845.1 mln m3 that is 0.8% below the previous year.

YANOS Commissioned the Catalytic Cracking Gasoline Hydrotreatment Unit
On December 28, OAO Skavneft-YANOS commissioned a new processing facility which is the Catalytic Cracking Gasoline Hydrotreatment Unit with a capacity of 800K tons/year. The service of this facility is to decrease the sulfur content in gasoline and to keep its high-octane rating.

The facility consists of ten conjuncted blocks: five main (selective hydrogenation, fracturing, hydrodesulfurization, stabilization, amine regeneration) blocks and four auxiliary blocks. Axens (France) is the licensor of this process, ZAO Neftekhimproject (Saint Petersburg) performed the designing. OAO Promfinstroy acted as the General Contractor and performed construction works.

From January 2012, all motor fuels produced by YaNOS will meet the Euro-4/ Euro-5 standards
From January 2012, OAO Slavneft-Yaroslavnefteorgsintez (YaNOS), the Slavneft’s key Refinery, intends to stop producing motor fuels, which do not conform to the Euro-4/ Euro-5 environmental standards. Next year the Subsidiary plans to manufacture, in the aggregate, 2.44 mln tons of Euro-4 compliant motor gasolines, including Super Euro-98, Premium Euro-95, Regular-92 grades. Moreover, the Refinery expects to produce over 4 mln tons of diesel oil, of which 2.8 mln tons will comply with the Euro-5 standard.

During four years Slavneft invests over 1.2 bln USD in YaNOS’s upgrading
Within 2011 – 2014, OAO NGK Slavneft plans to invest over 1.2 bln USD in implementation of the OAO Slavneft-Yaroslavnefteorgsintez (YaNOS) Upgrading Program. YaNOS is the Company’s key Refinery.

YaNOS launched Izomalk-2
On October 30, 2011, the ceremonial opening of new Izomalk-2, С5-С6 fractions Isomerization Unit designed for production of high octane commercial gasoline components clear of sulfur and aromatics (izopentane, light and heavy isomerization factions) took place at ОАО Slavneft-YaNOS.

Slavneft produced 13.5 mln tons of oil over 9 months of 2011
In January-September, 2011 ОАО NGK Slavneft’s Subsidiaries produced 13.5 mln tons of oil and 622.7 mln m3 of gas according to the Business Plan. Oil and gas production decreased by 1.8% and 1.4%, respectively, against the similar period of the previous year.

In The First Half Of 2011 The Company "Slavneft" Extracted 8.95 Million Tonnes Of Oil
In January-June 2011, the company OJSC "OGC" Slavneft "in accordance with the business plan mined 8.95 million tons, 2.2% below the same period last year. Also, since the beginning of the year were produced 422.3 million cubic meters of gas, which is 1.7% less than the results of the first half of 2010.

SLAVNEFT HAS COMPLETED THE SALE OF CJSC JV MEKAMINEFT "
As part of the implementation of supporting service assets of OAO Slavneft completed the procedure for the sale is part of the Joint-Stock Company "Joint Venture" MeKaMineft. Buyer 8,085 shares constituting 61.25% of the share capital of the company, was sold to OOO "Investment company" Denmar-Finance.
