Summa Group And VTTI To Build A Major Oil Terminal In The Port Of Rotterdam
On October 20, 2011 the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte attended the signing ceremony for a major long-term agreement between the Port of Rotterdam and Shtandart TT B.V. Shareholders of Shtandart TT B.V. are Summa Group (75%) and the Dutch company VTTI (25%). The agreement, which was signed by the Summa Group Chairman Ziyavudin Magomedov and the President of the Port of Rotterdam Hans Smits, covers the building and operation of a new major crude and products oil terminal (Tank Terminal Europoort West, TEW) in the Port. The CEO of VTTI Rob Nijst was present at the signing ceremony.

Enterprise to Sell Mississippi Natural Gas Storage Facilities
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) today announced that it has executed definitive agreements to sell the partnership's Mississippi natural gas storage facilities to Boardwalk HP Storage Company, LLC for $550 million. The Mississippi facilities have approximately 29 billion cubic feet of total storage capacity.

Magellan Midstream Acquires Full Interest in Cushing Storage Joint Venture
Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MMP) announced today that it has acquired the remaining interest in a joint venture for the construction of 4.25 million barrels of crude oil storage in Cushing, Oklahoma from the private investors who had been partial owners. As a result, Magellan is increasing its 2011 expansion capital spending estimate to $215 million from its previous estimate of $170 million for the acquisition cost and the partnership now funding the full project.

Gazprom to build up UGS capacities beyond Russia
The Gazprom Management Committee found it expedient to build up underground gas storage (UGS) capacities beyond Russia to bring the aggregate working gas volume to at least 5 per cent of the annual export supplies before 2030 with a focus on establishing the Company's own UGS capacities.
