Enterprise Products Increases Loading Capacity at Houston Ship Channel LPG Export Terminal
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced the recent completion of an expansion project at its liquefied petroleum gas (“LPG”) export terminal at the Houston Ship Channel, which will increase the facility’s capacity for loading fully refrigerated, low-ethane propane to 9 million barrels (“MMBbls”) per month. Enhancements to existing refrigeration infrastructure, designed to add 2,500 barrels per hour (“BPH”) or 1.5 MMBbls per month of incremental loading capacity, will allow Enterprise to accommodate an additional three ships per month.

Enterprise to Locate Ethane Export Terminal on the Houston Ship Channel
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) announced today that it will build its recently announced ethane export facility on the Houston Ship Channel. Enterprise has signed a 30-year agreement with the Port of Houston Authority for use of facilities adjacent to the partnership’s existing Morgan’s Point terminal.

Enterprise Products to Build Ethane Export Facility on Texas Gulf Coast
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) announced today that it plans to build a fully refrigerated ethane export facility on the Texas Gulf Coast. Enterprise has executed long-term contracts to support the development of the facility, which is designed to have an aggregate loading rate of approximately 10,000 barrels per hour, or up to 240 thousand barrels per day (“MBPD”). The export facility is expected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2016.

Inergy Midstream to Acquire the COLT Crude Oil Logistics Hub
Inergy Midstream, L.P. (NYSE:NRGM) (“Inergy Midstream”) and the owner of its general partner, Inergy, L.P. (NYSE:NRGY) (“Inergy”), announced today that Inergy Midstream has executed a definitive agreement to purchase Rangeland Energy, LLC (“Rangeland”), the owner and operator of the COLT crude oil rail terminal, storage, and pipeline facilities (the “COLT Hub”) for $425 million, subject to certain performance milestones and customary working capital adjustments. As discussed below, Inergy Midstream has entered into an agreement to sell $225 million of common units in a private placement and has obtained committed unsecured debt financing to fund the balance of the acquisition purchase price.

Enterprise Begins Service at ECHO Crude Oil Terminal
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that the initial phase of its Enterprise Crude Houston (“ECHO”) storage terminal in Harris County, Texas is complete and the facility is now receiving deliveries of crude oil. The first three tanks total 750,000 barrels of storage capacity. The next phase of the ECHO terminal expansion includes the addition of up to 900,000 barrels of storage capacity, which could be in service as early as the first quarter of 2014. Enterprise estimates that the ECHO facility could have up to 6 million barrels of crude oil storage capacity when completed.

Enbridge to Provide Additional Facilities at Athabasca Terminal for Suncor
Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB) (NYSE:ENB) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Suncor Energy Oil Sands Limited Partnership (Suncor) to expand the existing infrastructure at the Enbridge Athabasca Terminal to accommodate the incremental bitumen volumes from Suncor's Firebag 3 and 4 developments. The approximately $150 million expansion is expected to be in-service in the second quarter 2013.
