Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. ("Calumet") (NASDAQ: CLMT) announced today that it completed the previously announced acquisition of the San Antonio, Texas refinery and associated crude oil pipeline, crude oil terminal, other operating and logistics assets and inventories (the "San Antonio Assets") of NuStar Refining, LLC and NuStar Logistics, L.P., both wholly owned subsidiaries of NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE: NS) on January 2, 2013 for $100 million plus an amount for estimated closing date inventory, for aggregate consideration paid of approximately $115 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments (the "NuStar Acquisition").

Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. ("Calumet") (NASDAQ:CLMT) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the San Antonio, Texas refinery and associated crude oil pipeline, crude oil terminal, other operating and logistics assets and inventories (the "San Antonio Assets") of NuStar Refining, LLC and NuStar Logistics, L.P., both wholly owned subsidiaries of NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE:NS), for aggregate consideration of approximately $100 million, plus an amount for closing date inventory estimated to be $15 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments (the "NuStar Acquisition"). Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in January 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.

BP To Sell Texas Midstream Gas Assets
BP America Production Company announced today that it has agreed to sell its Sunray and Hemphill gas processing plants in Texas, together with their associated gas gathering system, to Eagle Rock Energy Partners for $227.5 million in cash.

Southcross Energy Expands Natural Gas Processing, Fractionation Complex in South Texas
Southcross Energy today announced that the company has begun construction of a fractionator and natural gas liquids (NGLs) and residue pipeline outlets in South Texas, which will create a sizable natural gas processing and fractionation complex. The development will expand the company’s ability to serve producers operating in the liquids-rich Eagle Ford Shale area where the NGLs infrastructure is constrained. Southcross will have the capability to process 335 million cubic feet of natural gas per day (MMcf/d) and fractionate 16,300 barrels per day (B/D) of NGLs when all facilities are operational in July 2012.

ExxonMobil to Extract Additional Oil from West Texas Field

Enterprise to Extend Eagle Ford Shale Crude Oil Pipeline System as Part of Long-Term Transportation Agreement with Chesapeake En
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced plans to build an 80-mile extension of its 350,000 barrel per day (BPD) Eagle Ford Shale crude oil pipeline, that would allow the partnership to serve growing production areas in the southwestern portion of the play. The Phase II project would originate in Wilson County, Texas at the terminus of the partnership's previously announced 140-mile Phase I segment, and extend to a site near Gardendale, Texas in La Salle County, where a new central delivery point (CDP) is planned for construction that will feature 500,000 barrels of storage. Phase I is on schedule to begin service by the second quarter of 2012, with Phase II set to commence operations in the first quarter of 2013. When completed, the approximately 220-mile crude oil pipeline system will provide Eagle Ford Shale producers with access to the Texas Gulf Coast refining complex through Enterprise's integrated midstream network.

Enterprise to Provide Crude Oil Transportation Services under Long-Term Agreement with Eagle Ford Producers
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) today announced it has entered into a 10-year agreement with two producers in the Eagle Ford Shale play of South Texas to provide firm crude oil transportation and marketing services. The transaction represents a commitment of 50,000 barrels per day (BPD) of capacity on the new 140-mile, 24-inch diameter crude oil pipeline being constructed by Enterprise. Scheduled to begin service in the second quarter of 2012, the pipeline has a capacity of 350,000 BPD and will offer shippers the flexibility to access major storage hubs and refining centers.

Western Refining Begins Startup of Its El Paso Refinery
Western Refining, Inc. (NYSE:WNR) announced today that its El Paso refinery began starting various units late last week and anticipates returning to normal operations later this week.
