Enterprise Resumes Operations at Mont Belvieu; Contract Worker Found
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) announced today that the fire at its Mont Belvieu ("MTBV") facilities was fully contained and extinguished this morning. The contract worker who was unaccounted for after the fire yesterday has been located but did not survive the fire. Enterprise offers its condolences to the family and friends of the worker and will be working closely with authorities to determine the cause of the fire.

Enterprise Provides Update on Incident at Mont Belvieu
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) announced today its west storage facility at its Mont Belvieu complex, located approximately 35 miles east of Houston, Texas experienced a fire. One worker is presently unaccounted for at this time. Once the fire is extinguished, Enterprise will be able more fully to assess damage to the facility.

Western Refining Announces Temporary Suspension of Refining Operations at Its El Paso Refinery Due to Extreme Weather Conditions
Western Refining (NYSE:WNR) announced today that on February 2, 2011, it temporarily suspended refining operations at its El Paso refinery due to inclement weather in El Paso and related curtailment of electricity by the local utility. The El Paso refinery experienced some freeze-related damage and the Company has begun the necessary repairs to resume operations. Management anticipates beginning startup of certain processing units in approximately three to five days and is working with its customers and suppliers to address any interruptions that may arise from this event.

US Department of Labor's OSHA fines Pasadena Refining Services in Texas $115,650 for multiple safety hazards
The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Pasadena Refining Services Inc. with 21 serious violations for exposing workers to multiple safety and health hazards at the company's facility in Pasadena. Proposed penalties total $115,650.

Shell to sell gas fields in South Texas to OXY USA, Inc
Shell today announced an agreement to sell a group of gas fields in South Texas to OXY USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corp., for approximately $1.8 billion, effective January 1, 2011. The sale is a further step in Shell’s ongoing portfolio restructuring and focus on capital efficiency.

Chesapeake Energy Corporation and CNOOC Limited Announce Eagle Ford Shale Project Cooperation Agreement
Chesapeake Energy Corporation ("Chesapeake", NYSE: CHK) and CNOOC Limited (NYSE: CEO; SEHK:00883) today announced the execution of an agreement whereby CNOOC International Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNOOC Limited, will purchase a 33.3% undivided interest in Chesapeake's 600,000 net oil and natural gas leasehold acres in the Eagle Ford Shale project in South Texas. The consideration for the sale will be $1.08 billion in cash at closing, subject to adjustment. In addition, CNOOC Limited has agreed to fund 75% of Chesapeake's share of drilling and completion costs until an additional $1.08 billion has been paid, which Chesapeake expects to occur by year-end 2012. Closing of the transaction is anticipated in the 2010 fourth quarter.

Talisman Energy Acquires Material Position in the Liquids Rich Window of the Eagle Ford Shale Play
