Total Signs A Long-Term Agreement To Supply LNG To Pavilion Energy
Total signed on 31 May 2014 a 10-year LNG sale and purchase agreement with Pavilion Gas, a subsidiary of Pavilion Energy, for the supply of 0.7 million tonnes per year of liquefied natural gas to Asia, including Singapore, starting in 2018. In addition, several LNG cargoes will be supplied prior to 2018. This LNG will be sourced from Total’s global LNG Portfolio.

Azerbaijan: Total Sells Its 10% Interest In Shah Deniz To TPAO
Total today signed an agreement to sell its 10% interest in the Shah Deniz field and the South Caucasus Pipeline to TPAO, the Turkish state-owned E&P company. The transaction is valued at $1.5 billion and is subject to customary approvals.

Russia: Total combines efforts with Lukoil to explore and develop tight oil in the Bazhenov
Total signed today an agreement with Lukoil creating a joint venture (JV) to explore and develop the tight oil potential of the Bazhenov play in Western Siberia. Total will hold 49% of the JV and Lukoil 51%. This agreement finalizes the memorandum of understanding signed between the two companies in December 2013.

Technip confirms very major project award for the engineering, procurement and construction of Yamal LNG
Technip confirms that with its partners it has finalized the award by JSC Yamal LNG of a very major contract for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility with a capacity of 16.5 million tons per year (Mt/y). The project will comprise three liquefaction trains of 5.5 Mt/y that are among the world's largest and will make extensive use of modularized construction in yards.

Technip wins umbilical contract for Kaombo project in Angola
Technip announces that a consortium composed of Angoflex Ltda(1) (owned jointly with Sonangol) and DUCO Ltd(2), has been awarded a large(3) lump-sum contract by Total E&P Angola. The contract consists of the umbilical system part of the Kaombo project, located in Block 32 offshore Angola in water depths up to 2,000 meters.

Saipem has been awarded two contracts in Angola by Total, for a combined total of more than $4 billion.

Technip Heerema Alliance wins major Kaombo subsea contract offshore Angola
The consortium, comprising Technip and Heerema Marine Contractors (Heerema), was awarded a major lump-sum contract by Total E&P Angola for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation (EPCI) and pre-commissioning for the SURF (subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines) part of the [ http://abarrelfull.wikidot.com/kaombo-oil-and-gas-fields Kaombo project], located in Block 32 offshore Angola in water depths up to 2,000 meters. The contract is valued at approximately USD 3.5 billion with a Technip share of around 55% and a Heerema share of around 45%.

Aker Solutions won a contract worth NOK 14 billion from Total to provide a subsea production system for the Kaombo Block 32 development in Angola.

Sanction of Kaombo project in Block 32 in Angola ultra-deep offshore
Galp Energia, partner of the consortium for the exploration of Block 32 located in ultra-deep offshore of Angola, announces that the consortium has made the final investment decision to develop the Kaombo project. The project is expected to have a production capacity of 230,000 barrels per day and to develop estimated reserves of 650 million barrels.

New Awards In Oil And Gas Sector In Belgium
Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that its subsidiary KT – Kinetics Technology S.p.A. has been awarded by Total Olefins Antwerpen (Total Group) two contracts for the implementation of the Refinery Off Gas project (ROG) at Total’s Antwerp refinery in Belgium. The ROG project is aimed at recovering significant volumes of valuable hydrocarbons that are currently burnt as fuel gas and at processing such streams in the existing naphtha cracker.

The overall value of the two contracts will be approximately €190 million.

The first contract relates to the execution on an EPC basis of the new ROG unit, aimed at processing refinery off gases and recovering hydrocarbons. The new ROG Unit will be fully modularized in order to minimize site construction activities. The second contract relates to the execution on an EPCa (Engineering, Procurement and Construction assistance) basis of the modification to the existing naphtha cracker unit necessary to process the hydrocarbons streams recovered in new ROG and interconnecting works.

Total Raffinaderij Antwerpen is one of Total’s six major integrated platforms globally, and the crucial link in Total’s integrated petrochemical complex in Belgium. This project is part of one of the biggest investment schemes in a European refinery.
