TOYO Awarded LNG Regasification Plant Project in India
Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Katsumoto Ishibashi) has been awarded a regasification plant project by Petronet LNG Ltd, India. The plant is to be constructed at Dahej, located in the State of Gujarat on the west coast of India, to expand the LNG receiving capacity from 10 million tons to 15 million tons per year. Toyo-India will lead EPC work on a turnkey basis, from engineering to construction and commissioning. The plant is scheduled to be completed at the beginning of 2017.

Petronas Reaches Final Investment Decision On Second Floating LNG Project
PETRONAS has reached the Final Investment Decision (FID) for its second floating liquefied natural gas facility (PFLNG 2) project, located off the coast of Sabah in Malaysia.

TOYO Awarded FPSO Topsides Units Projects for Brazil
MODEC and TOYO Offshore Production Systems Pte. Ltd. (MTOPS), a Singapore joint company created by Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Katsumoto Ishibashi) and MODEC, Inc. (MODEC, President & CEO Toshiro Miyazaki), has been awarded a letter of intent from MODEC to install topsides units for a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) system.

EPC Contract for Oil Sands SAGD Facilities in Canada
Toyo Engineering (TOYO, President and CEO Katsumoto Ishibashi), through its Canadian subsidiary Toyo Engineering Canada Ltd., has signed a contract to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) service to Japan Canada Oil Sands Limited (JACOS), a subsidiary of Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. (JAPEX), for their Oil Sands Bitumen Production SAGD* Central Processing Facilities and Utilities & Infrastructure at Hangingstone area (50 km south west from Fort McMurray) in Alberta, Canada. The completion of the facility is targeted 2.5 year after the contract.

TOYO’s Brazil Affiliate Awarded Hydrogen Production Facilities
TOYO-SETAL Empreendimentos Ltda. (TSE), a Brazilian joint venture capitalized by Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Katsumoto Ishibashi), has been awarded a contract from Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (PETROBRAS) for the construction of hydrogen production facilities to be installed in the Complexo Petroquímico do Rio de Janeiro (COMPERJ) now under construction in Itaboraí, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The project scope of work is for detailed design, procurement of equipment and materials, installation and commissioning support. The project is scheduled to be completed in mid-2016.

TOYO’s Brazil Affiliate Awarded FPSO Topsides Units
Estaleiros do Brasil Ltda. (EBR), a jointly owned Brazilian company by Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Katsumoto Ishibashi) and SOG - Óleo e Gás S.A. (SOG) , a leading engineering company in Brazil, has been awarded an EPCI*1 contract to install topsides units for a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) system. The contract has been awarded from Petrobras Netherlands B.V., a subsidiary of Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras), a Brazilian state oil company.

Contract Award for Modernization of the Oil Refinery in Tatarstan, Russia
Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Katsumoto Ishibashi) has been awarded a contract with “TAIF-NK” to provide services for detailed engineering and procurement for the oil refinery modernization project in Nizhnekamsk. “TAIF-NK” belongs to “TAIF” PSC Group (Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation) and is one of the largest oil refineries in Russia. The current project utilizes the VCC (Veba Combi Cracker) process of Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR, the engineering company with headquarters in Houston, USA) to be implemented at the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex (HRCC) for the first time in the world. The project is going to be completed in 2016 and the Complex will convert the following oil refinery heavy residues: 2,700,000 tons/year of vacuum residue and 1,000,000 tons/year of vacuum gas oil with high ratio of conversion to more valuable and high-quality oil products.

TOYO Awarded Gas Processing Plant Rejuvenation Project in Malaysia
Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Katsumoto Ishibashi) and Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd. (Toyo-Malaysia), the group company in Malaysia, as a Consortium, has been awarded a contract for rejuvenation and revamp project of the gas processing plant No.4 with a capacity of 250 million cubic feet per day for PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB), a subsidiary of the Malaysian national oil company PETRONAS in Kerteh, Terengganu in eastern Malaysia. TOYO provides engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning with turnkey contract for expanding the plant life of another 20 years.

Toyo Engineering-India wins contract from Petronet LNG Ltd
Toyo Engineering-India has secured an EPC-LSTK contract for ’Topside Facility for Standby Jetty’ from Petronet LNG Ltd. This Project includes Engineering, Procurement & Construction on Lump sum Turnkey basis. The completion schedule is in year 2013.

Toyo Engineering-India was associated with Petronet LNG Ltd in past for their Phase I & Phase II projects and pleased to re-associate through this assignment.
