Valero Energy Ltd is strengthening its supply position in the South West after announcing that Valero Logistics UK Ltd. will triple capacity at its fuel terminal in Avonmouth, making all grades of fuel available. The multi-million pound project will see the addition of three new storage tanks, which will expand storage capacity for gasoline and diesel, as well as adding kerosene and gasoil to the range of quality Valero products available from this location.

Phillips 66 Acquires Major Gulf Coast Crude Oil and Refined Products Terminal
Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX), an energy manufacturing and logistics company, has agreed to purchase a 7.1 million-barrel storage capacity terminal located near Beaumont, Texas. The Beaumont Terminal will be the largest terminal in the Phillips 66 portfolio.

Enterprise Products to Build Ethane Export Facility on Texas Gulf Coast
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) announced today that it plans to build a fully refrigerated ethane export facility on the Texas Gulf Coast. Enterprise has executed long-term contracts to support the development of the facility, which is designed to have an aggregate loading rate of approximately 10,000 barrels per hour, or up to 240 thousand barrels per day (“MBPD”). The export facility is expected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2016.

Western Refining and Glencore International Enter Into Long-Term Commercial Supply Agreement
Western Refining, Inc. (NYSE:WNR) and Glencore International PLC announced today that two of their subsidiary companies, (York River Fuels, LLC and Glencore LTD) have entered into a long-term commercial supply and trading agreement. Glencore has agreed to provide global sourcing, supply and trading, and inventory and risk management services to support York River's mid-Atlantic wholesale business. In return, York River has agreed to provide rack marketing and contract and credit management.

GDF SUEZ concludes its first LNG sale in Thailand
On the 24th of June, GDF SUEZ delivered its first cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to PTT in Thailand. During the World Gas Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, early June, GDF SUEZ has reached an agreement with PTT Public Company Limited, the national oil and gas company of Thailand, to supply PTT with 3 LNG cargoes in 2012.

Enterprise Expects Record Propane Exports in 2012; Interim Expansion to Increase Capacity by 100,000 Barrels Per Month
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) today announced that it expects record propane exports in 2012. The partnership’s exports of propane from its terminal on the Houston Ship Channel were a record 3.9 million barrels in April 2012. As previously announced, Enterprise is in the process of expanding its NGL refrigeration export facility, which will increase its capacity to export propane by up to 3.5 million barrels per month. This will bring the total capacity of the NGL refrigeration export facility to 7.5 million barrels of propane per month. This expansion is ahead of schedule and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2012.

JX Nippon: Signing of SPA with Shell Eastern Trading Pte Ltd
JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation (President: Yasushi Kimura, hereinafter "NOE") is pleased to announce the conclusion of the LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement with Shell Eastern Trading Pte Ltd, a Singaporean subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell plc. (hereinafter "Shell").
NOE will receive 3 cargoes per annum of LNG from Shell for 17 years starting in April 2015 through this contract. This SPA is a portfolio contract which will ensure a reliable and stable supply as LNG will be supplied from multiple sources including LNG projects in which the Royal Dutch Shell plc. group participates.
