Tullow Oil plc (“Tullow” or “the Group”) announces today that its subsidiary Tullow Oil SK Limited has completed the sale of 53.1% of its Schooner unit interest and 60% of its Ketch asset in the UK Southern North Sea to Faroe Petroleum (U.K.) Limited (“Faroe”). Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC) today announced the award of a contract by Tullow Ghana Limited for the TEN Project offshore Ghana in water depths reaching up to 2000 metres. The contract was awarded to a consortium of Subsea 7 and Technip. Subsea 7’s share of the contract is valued at approximately US$500 million.

Technip awarded major contracts for the TEN project in Ghana, reinforcing its presence in West Africa
Technip, leader of a consortium with Subsea7, has been awarded by Tullow Ghana Limited two contracts for the TEN Project, located offshore Ghana, at a water depth reaching up to 2,000 meters. Together, those two contracts have a combined value of approximately USD 1.23 billion, with a Technip share of about USD 730 million.
