E.ON and RasGas sign medium-term flexible contract for the supply of LNG
E.ON and RasGas Company Limited (RasGas) have signed a medium-term flexible contract, with immediate effect, for the supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Qatar to the Isle of Grain in the United Kingdom. The three-year contract has the potential to supply up to around two billion cubic meters over its term.

Endeavour Announces Both Wells on Production at Rochelle Field
Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE: END) (LSE: ENDV) ("Endeavour" or the "Company") today announced that the West Rochelle W1 well has been returned to production. Both West and East Rochelle wells are now flowing together and Rochelle production will be optimized between the two wells in the coming days. The Company may update production guidance for the second quarter, once stabilized production rates have been achieved.

Subsea 7 S.A. awarded $460 million contract in North Sea
Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC; the Company) has been awarded its largest UK EPIC services contract, valued in excess of $460 million by Premier Oil UK Limited, in support of its Catcher Area Development, located 180km east of Aberdeen in Central North
Sea Block 28/9.

The contract covers the provision of project management, engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication and installation of Catcher’s subsea facilities. The scope includes three pipeline Bundles incorporating Butting BuBi® Mechanically Lined Pipe, a riser system for the Catcher Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit, and installation of a 10”, 60 km gas export/import pipeline. Subsea 7’s office in Aberdeen will undertake the engineering and project management scope, with fabrication work to take place at the Company’s Wick and Leith facilities. Offshore activities utilising a number of Subsea 7 vessels will commence in 2015.

Chestnut FPSO contract and field life extended for another year
Atlantic Petroleum (NASDAQ OMX: ATLA DKK & Oslo Stock Exchange: ATLA NOK) Atlantic Petroleum UK Limited today announces that Centrica Energy on behalf of the Chestnut joint venture (Licence P.354) has entered into a further agreement with Teekay Hummingbird Production Limited, to secure the use of the Hummingbird Spirit FPSO until end March 2017 (from the current March 2016) and thereby extend the Chestnut Field life by at least a further year.

Sale of UK gas assets
Tullow Oil plc (“Tullow” or “the Group”) announces that its subsidiary Tullow Oil SK Limited has entered into an agreement to sell 53.1% of its Schooner unit interest (currently 93.1%) and 60% of its Ketch asset (currently owned 100%) in the UK Southern North Sea to Faroe Petroleum (U.K.) Limited (“Faroe”).

Dana Petroleum’s Western Isles Project first well successfully tested
The first production well has now been successfully completed and flow tested and a further three wells have been drilled and cased to surface casing depth. All four subsea christmas trees have also been installed on the seabed. The work is being undertaken by the drilling rig Ocean Nomad which has been leased from Diamond Offshore.

Jumbo installs North Sea FPSO mooring spread
This year saw Jumbo complete stage one in the first offshore installation contract undertaken as main contractor. Using the J-class vessel, Fairplayer, Jumbo successfully installed an FPSO mooring spread for client EnQuest in the North Sea Alma and Galia field. The second stage of the project will take place in 2014. This will see the EnQuest Producer, currently in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, hooked up to the mooring spread.
