Keppel FELS signs contract worth US$1.2 billion to build two customised rigs for the Black Sea
Keppel FELS Limited (Keppel FELS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd (Keppel O&M), has signed a contract with Ukraine's National Joint-Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" (Naftogaz), to construct two semisubmersible drilling rigs worth about US$1.2 billion. The contract will be effective upon final corporate approvals.

Transeuro Ukraine Rig Operations Completed
Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeuro" or the "Company") announces that in Ukraine the rig operations have been completed on schedule. The 8 packers and 5 'FracPorts' have been successfully installed across the C12, C13, C14, C15 and C16 intervals from 3100—3500 meters in depth. 3½ inch tubing has been run and the Christmas tree re-installed in preparation for the arrival of the frack pumps and associated equipment. The rig will now be dismantled in preparation for moving to the Povorotnoye field in East Crimea to commence drilling the first well after the recent farm out of the asset to Honoratus Investments Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX listed Golden State Resources Limited (ASX:GDN).

Transeuro Energy Ukraine Operations Update
Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeuro" or the "Company") announces that in Ukraine the rig operations have so far removed the 3 temporary bridge plugs that were used to suspend the well in May last year and cleaned out the wellbore back to the original TD of 3505m. Preparations are ongoing to install the 8 packers and 5 'FracPorts' across the C12, C13, C14, C15 and C16 intervals from 3100 meters — 3500 meters in depth. Rig operations are expected to take another 1 to 2 weeks and the rig will then be dismantled and moved from the site to make space for the Schlumberger fracturing pumps and associated equipment.

Ukraine – First Successful Fracture Stimulation Yields 2.3 MMcf/d
Kulczyk Oil Ventures Inc. (“Kulczyk Oil”, “KOV” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce the successful completion of the first reservoir stimulation using western hydraulic fracturing technology (“frac’ing”). The frac was undertaken by KUB-Gas LLC (“KUB-Gas”), a partially-owned indirect subsidiary of KOV, on the R30c zone in the Ologovskoye-6 (“O-6”) well. After being frac’d, the O-6 well flowed gas at a rate of 2.3 million cubic feet per day (“MMcf/d”) through an 8mm choke, from a previously non-commercial zone. The O-6 well was originally drilled by KUB-Gas in 2008 to a total depth (“TD”) of 2,530 metres.
