Rosneft and Indian ONGC Videsh Limited during the Eastern Economic Forum signed the agreement of sale and purchase of 15% in Vankorneft and shareholders agreement in regard of the enterprise management. Eni has made a world class supergiant gas discovery at its Zohr Prospect, in the deep waters of Egypt. The discovery well Zohr 1X NFW is located in the economic waters of Egypt’s Offshore Mediterranean, in 4,757 feet of water depth (1,450 metres), in the Shorouk Block, signed in January 2014 with the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) following a competitive international Bid Round.

Ping Petroleum and Hibiscus Petroleum To Acquire Operated Interest of Anasuria Cluster
Ping Petroleum Limited (“Ping”) and Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad (“Hibiscus”) are pleased to announce that they have jointly entered into sale and purchase agreements to each acquire 50% of the entire interests of Shell UK Ltd, Shell EP Offshore Ventures Limited (“Shell”) and Esso Exploration and Production UK Limited (“Esso”) in the Anasuria Cluster of oil and gas fields effective from 1st January 2015. The acquisition of the Anasuria Cluster is subject to regulatory approvals, and third party consents, including the UK Government’s approval and Hibiscus shareholder approval.

BG Group starts up sixth FPSO in the Santos Basin, offshore Brazil
BG Group (LSE: BG.L), a world leader in exploration and LNG, today announced first oil from the Cidade de Itaguaí floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, the sixth unit to start production across the Group's significant discoveries in the Santos Basin, offshore Brazil. The FPSO will produce from the Iracema North area of the Lula field in the Petrobras-operated BM-S-11 block.
