Matrix Service Company Awarded EPC of Crude Gathering Terminals Feeding the Dakota Access Pipeline
Matrix Service Company (Nasdaq:MTRX) announced today that its subsidiary, Matrix Service Inc., has been awarded the engineering, procurement and construction of the six gathering terminals for the Dakota Access Pipeline by Dakota Access, LLC, a subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners. Energy Transfer Partners Announces Binding Open Season for Crude Oil Pipeline in Texas and New Mexico
Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) today announced that its affiliate, ETP Crude LLC (“ETP Crude”), will commence a binding Open Season for a new pipeline, the Delaware Basin Crude Gathering Pipeline (“Delaware Pipeline” or “Pipeline”), that will have the capacity to accept approximately 120,000 barrels per day of crude oil from receipt points located in Reeves County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico for transportation to delivery points in Loving County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico. Interstate service on the Delaware Pipeline will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Magnolia LNG Receives Draft Environmental Impact Statement
The United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Magnolia LNG project on Friday, 17 July 2015.  The DEIS is a critical milestone for the Magnolia LNG project, incorporating comments from FERC and other cooperating federal agencies.  In completing the work necessary to issue the DEIS, the FERC analysed publicly available data and data provided by both Magnolia LNG and Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline LLC (KMLP) associated with the construction and operation of the Magnolia LNG project and natural gas pipeline infrastructure required to deliver natural gas to the operating liquefaction terminal.
