CB&I (NYSE:CBI) today announced it has been awarded a contract valued in excess of $40 million by Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing LLC. The project scope includes the engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction of a 22 million standard cubic feet per day hydrogen plant at its refinery in Coffeyville, Kansas.

Jordan Cove LNG and Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline Receive Draft Environmental Impact Statement
Veresen Inc. ("Veresen" or the "Company") (TSX: VSN) announced today that Jordan Cove Energy Project L.P. ("Jordan Cove LNG") and Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline., LP ("Pacific Connector") have today received a draft Environmental Impact Statement ("EIS") from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") in the United States. The draft EIS assesses the liquefied natural gas ("LNG") terminal proposed by Jordan Cove LNG for Coos Bay, Oregon and the Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline proposed by Pacific Connector, which would extend 232 miles from the terminal to Malin, Oregon. Jordan Cove LNG and Pacific Connecter each filed an application to the FERC for approval to construct the LNG export terminal and the pipeline in May and June 2013, respectively.

Occidental Petroleum Announces Sale of Interest in BridgeTex Pipeline Generating Proceeds of $1.15 Billion
-Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY) today announced the entrance into an agreement with Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (PAA) and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. (PAGP) to sell its 50 percent interest in BridgeTex Pipeline Company, LLC (BridgeTex) to PAA for $1.075 billion.

Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline Announces Binding Open Season for Crude Oil Pipeline Expansion
Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline, LLC (“Pony Express”) announced today that it has commenced a binding open season for the previously announced expansion of its crude oil pipeline system. Pony Express is soliciting shipper commitments for crude oil transportation service from Guernsey, Wyoming and from points in northeastern Colorado and southeastern Wyoming to delivery points at Cushing, Oklahoma under a Local Tariff. The open season is scheduled to close on December 5, 2014.

Plains All American and Enterprise Products Announce Eagle Ford Joint Venture Pipeline Expansions, New Terminal
Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA) and Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) today announced that they are constructing a new condensate gathering system into their Three Rivers terminal and doubling the mainline capacity on the Eagle Ford Joint Venture (JV) Pipeline from Three Rivers to Corpus Christi. These expansions are supported by a long-term production commitment and are expected to be placed into service in the third quarter of 2015.

Magellan Midstream Proceeding with Saddlehorn Pipeline, Open Season Extended through Nov. 20
Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MMP) announced today that it plans to proceed with the recently-announced Saddlehorn Pipeline to transport various grades of crude oil from the Niobrara play in northeast Colorado to Magellan’s storage facilities in Cushing, Oklahoma. Binding commitments have been received from a wholly owned subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Noble Energy, Inc. as part of the pipeline’s ongoing open season. Based on these commitments, Magellan is proceeding with the Saddlehorn Pipeline.

Energy Transfer Partners Announces That Rover Pipeline is Fully Subscribed to 3.25 Billion Cubic Feet of Natural Gas Per Day
Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) today announced it has secured additional long-term binding shipper agreements on its Rover natural gas pipeline project to connect Marcellus and Utica shale supplies to markets in the Midwest, Great Lakes and Gulf Coast regions of the United States and Canada. As a result of the additional agreements, the pipeline is fully subscribed through 15 and 20 year fee-based contracts to transport 3.25 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of capacity.

Crestwood Midstream Partners Announces Loading of 1,000th Unit Train at Its Bakken COLT Hub Facility
Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) (“Crestwood”) announced today the loading of the 1,000th crude oil unit train at its COLT Hub in Epping, North Dakota. The COLT rail facility commenced service in June 2012 with an original capacity to load 80,000 barrels per day (“Bpd”). The facility has undergone two major expansions since 2012 and has a current capacity to load up to 160,000 Bpd. Crestwood’s COLT rail facility is one of the largest crude-by-rail loading terminals in the U.S., based on daily volumes loaded, currently averaging approximately 120,000 Bpd.
