Valero Completes Purchase of Two Fuel Terminals
Valero Terminaling and Distribution Co., a subsidiary of Valero Energy Corp., has successfully completed the acquisition of Chevron USA Inc.’s Louisville and Lexington, Ky. product terminals for an undisclosed amount, company officials announced today. Valero has also acquired Chevron’s minority interest in the LouLex Pipeline system, which connects the two terminal facilities. The terminals began operating under Valero on Saturday, June 25.

Air Products to Supply Additional Hydrogen for Two Gulf Coast Valero Refineries
Air Products (NYSE: APD), the leading global hydrogen provider, today announced that Valero Energy Corporation has awarded the company a combined additional supply of over 200 million standard cubic feet per day of hydrogen for Valero’s refineries in St. Charles, Louisiana and Port Arthur, Texas. As part of this award, Air Products has also proposed development of a new world-scale steam methane reformer hydrogen production facility to be located in St. Charles, which is to be onstream during the second half of 2013. The facility would be connected to Air Products’ industry-leading Gulf Coast hydrogen pipeline supply network, which supplies multiple refinery and petrochemical companies in the region.

Air Products Signs Two Agreements to Move Texas Carbon Capture and Sequestration Project Forward
Air Products (NYSE: APD) announced today it has signed agreements with Valero Energy Corporation and Denbury Onshore, LLC to proceed with a planned carbon capture and sequestration project in Port Arthur, Texas. The carbon dioxide (CO2) to be captured by Air Products will be delivered by Air Products via a pipeline owned by Denbury Green Pipeline-Texas to Denbury Onshore beginning in late 2012. The CO2 will be used by Denbury Onshore in enhanced oil recovery operations.

Valero Plans to Expand Crude Unit Capacity at the Valero McKee Refinery
Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO) today announced plans to expand the crude unit capacity of its McKee refinery by 25,000 barrels per day. The refinery will process West Texas Intermediate crude oil from Midland to feed the increased charge rate. The expansion project, which will take place over the next three years, will increase the amount of crude oil available to be processed at the McKee refinery to 195,000 bpd.

Chevron to Sell Pembroke Refinery to Valero
Chevron has reached an agreement with Valero Energy Corporation to sell Chevron Limited, the entity that holds the 220,000 barrel per day Pembroke Refinery and other downstream assets in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The sale price is $730 million, plus an additional payment estimated to be $1 billion for Chevron Limited's inventory and other items. The agreement is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during the second half of 2011.

Valero To Sell Its Interest In Cameron Highway Oil Pipeline Co. To Genesis Energy
