Foster Wheeler Awarded Contract For Hydrogen Reformers In Vietnam
Foster Wheeler AG (Nasdaq:FWLT) announced today that a subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group has been awarded a contract for two Terrace Wall™ hydrogen reformers by GS Engineering & Construction Corporation, which is acting on behalf of the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) consortium for the US$9 billion Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical (NSRP) complex to be constructed in the Nghi Son Economic Zone, Thanh Hoa Province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Project Financing for Nghi Son Oil Refinery and Petrochemical Complex Project in Vietnam
The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC; Governor: Hiroshi Okuda) signed on June 4, a loan agreement totaling up to 1.65 billion U.S. dollars (JBIC portion) with Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP), a company in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, for a construction project of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex. The loan, provided in project financing1, is cofinanced with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. and other financial institutions, which brings the overall cofinancing amount to 5 billion U.S. dollars. The cofinanced portion is either guaranteed or insured by Nippon Export and Investment Insurance (NEXI) and other foreign export credit agencies.

The feasibility study of petrochemical refinery project in Vietnam
Reference is made to the news that the local government of Binh Dinh province, Vietnam has publicly announced that Central Government of Vietnam has given a green light to the development of the petrochemical refinery project, which will be a part of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Development Plan. The project is set to receive an investment from PTT group of Thailand.

Ezra Reinforces Its Asia Subsea Installation Market Share With Contract Win In Vietnam
Ezra Holdings Limited (Ezra, the Group), a leading global offshore contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas (O&G) industry, today announced that its subsea construction division, EMAS AMC, has been awarded a contract from Petroleum Technical Services Corporation Mechanical and Construction (PTSC M&C) for the transportation and installation of facilities for the Dua subsea field, which will be developed as a subsea tie-back to the Chim Sao Field in offshore Vietnam. The contract value is approximately US$47 million and will commence in the third quarter of 2012.
