Alfa Laval wins SEK 50 million off-shore marine order in Vietnam
Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – has won an order to supply Alfa Laval Aalborg boilers to an off-shore oil production vessel in Vietnam. The order value is approximately SEK 50 million and delivery is scheduled for 2013.

Commencement of Production from Second Te Giac Trang Platform
SOCO, an international oil and gas exploration and production company, is pleased to announce that the first flow of crude oil and gas from the H4 Wellhead Platform ('WHP-H4') of the Te Giac Trang Field ('TGT') occurred on 6th July 2012. The start of production has been achieved over one month earlier than scheduled and nearly a year ahead of the original approved development plan.

Eni acquires two offshore exploration blocks in Vietnam
Eni has signed an agreement with KrisEnergy and Neon Energy for two exploration blocks located offshore Vietnam, in the Song Hong and Phu Khanh basins in the Gulf of Tonkin. The Song Hong Basin is estimated to contain 10% of Vietnam's hydrocarbon resources, mainly gas, and significant discoveries have recently been recorded there.

Vietnam Oil and Gas Group ("PETROVIETNAM", President and CEO: Do Van Hau), Japan Vietnam Petroleum Co., Ltd. ("JVPC", President and CEO: Makoto Koseki, a subsidiary of JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration Corporation) and Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation ("JOGMEC", President: Hirobumi Kawano) have announced the success in the implementation of CO2-EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) pilot test in Rang Dong oil field of Block 15-2, offshore Vietnam. JVPC is, as an operator, producing oil and gas in the Block 15-2 together with its partners (ConocoPhillips (U.K.) Gama Limited and Petrovietnam Exploration Production Corporation).
