Willbros Awarded Large Diameter Pipeline Project
Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that it has been awarded a contract by NET Mexico Pipeline Partners, LLC to construct the NET Mexico Pipeline. The scope of work includes construction of approximately 120 miles of 42-inch diameter natural gas pipeline from a location near Agua Dulce, Nueces County, Texas, to a delivery point near the City of Rio Grande, Starr County, Texas. The project will include ancillary facilities commencing at a point of interconnection with the Los Ramones Project. Construction will begin in February 2014 and be completed in October 2014.

Willbros Awarded Construction Contract For Hydrogen Pipeline
Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that a unit of its Oil & Gas segment has been awarded a contract by Praxair, Inc. to construct 52 miles of 12-inch pipeline. The hydrogen pipeline will originate at Praxair's plant in Geismar, Louisiana and will terminate at Valero's refinery in Norco, Louisiana. Construction on the project is underway and is scheduled to be completed in September.

Willbros Awarded Construction Contract for the Red River Gathering Pipeline Project
Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that a unit of its Oil & Gas segment has been awarded a contract by Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. to construct a portion of the Red River Gathering Pipeline. The scope of work includes construction of 97 miles of 30" pipeline from Ardmore, OK to Denton, TX. Mobilization is underway and construction is scheduled to commence in early April.

Willbros Selected to Continue Providing Maintenance for Oman LNG
Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that a unit of its Upstream segment, The Oman Construction Company, L.L.C. (TOCO), has been selected to provide general maintenance services for the Oman LNG Qalhat site complex in Sur, Oman. The five year contract includes an option for three additional years and includes mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, scaffolding, insulation and painting services. Oman LNG currently operates a three train plant, with a nameplate capacity of 10.4 million metric tonnes per annum (mtpa).

Willbros Awarded Multi-Year Engineering Services Contract
Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that its Downstream segment has been awarded a multi-year contract to provide project engineering services at the HOVENSA Refinery in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Willbros will provide front-end engineering and design and detailed design for multiple projects throughout the facility. The work will be primarily performed with a team located at the client's facility with additional support provided by the Company's downstream engineering offices in Louisiana.

Willbros Awarded Construction and Engineering Support Project
Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that Construction and Turnaround Services, a unit of its Downstream Oil & Gas segment, has been awarded a construction and engineering support contract by Silver Eagle Refining, Inc. to restart the MDDW Unit at the Silver Eagle Refinery in Salt Lake City, Utah which was damaged by a fire in 2009. The project is currently underway and is anticipated to be completed during the second quarter of 2011.
